Basically, we reserved our room through an online reservation service two weeks before our trip. When we arrived they informed us that they had just given the room away and did not have another one for us. When we asked why they gave up the room they said that they had someone else who wanted to stay there, so they ran the credit card we used to reserve our room and claimed it declined. Thus, we were turned away and had to find another place to stay during spring break! Luckily,we ended up finding the last room at another hotel, even though this room was more expensive. When this hotel ran the credit card, it was approved immediately. Furthermore, when we complained to the Days Inn company we were not offered any compensation and were given the run around. Do not attempt to stay here!
