My Kids and I stayed there two years ago.. and though it wasnt the Waterfront Hilton, it was a Old Beach hotel that has stood the test of time.. We had a GREAT stay.. we were there for the OCEAN i could of spent a fortune at another place, but enjoyed the time with my kids and the extra money I could spend on THEM not luxuries that come with a high price tag... No they dont have Blow dryers, but your at the BEACH !! let your hair down and enjoy !

And the indoor pool was nice , It gave you a break from the hot sun! I will go here again and plan to..

Do not stay here so horrible I don't know where to start. Service was horrible from beginning, as 2 couples arriving at separate times, we were put ACROSS the street in trashcan number 719 to be exact. We were checked in by a male given 2 keys and one parking decal and was advised that we could park out front. When the other couple arrived they were told that they had to park a block away by a female at the desk or they would be towed because you can pay for 2 couples but only get one decal.(downhill from there). Upon entering the room with one small lock(no bolt no protection) door was not completely on the hinges it would be locked and not closed all they way. The first room had nasty pillowcases with brown stains on them, big family sized refrigerator, outdated microwave and tv, checked the air conditioner(see pic) temp on 64 and was blowing hot air, (walking on through), to the bathroom with 2 doors which had low water pressure, knob broken(see pic) just nasty (to the next room) thank God we had a brought along our own sheet set because these were nasty also, holes in the wall, another old air conditioner in the window with open gaps all around it so you can hear all outdoor activity all night long, was not blowing out cold air. You have to take out your own trash and bring your own trash bags. The indoor pool was the only clean part just because no one was in it, if it was possible we would have slept at the pool! Only way we survived we stayed gone until we had no other choice but to go back or pass out due to no rest. If you have low morals, no money, like being nasty stay here!!

This is, by far, the worst hotel ever! It was filthy, torn up and disgusting. If you didn't put on your shoes when you stepped out of the so called shower, your feet would be muddy. They charge you a fortune for this pile of crap. You would be better off staying in your car. The only thing this place is good for is drunk, spring breakers who don't care where they lay their head. It needs demolished.

Me and my husband made reservations here and decided to cancel. After calling and canceling they said it wouldn't be any charges to my card. Several hours later they charge my card for one night. I called to ask about the charges and they claim I never canceled. The owner told me to call back in the morning and he would give me a refund. I called back the next morning only for them to say the owner is not in and they can't refund my money. It was a huge disaster. I end up filing a fraud report on the hotel to get my money back!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!! LISTEN TO THESE REVIEWS!!!!
