We stayed in this condo in July-2004. This was the biggest condo in PC Beach that we had ever seen. Very clean, could still smell the paint. Stayed on the second floor- higher floor scared me. The pool was not very crowded. The only suggestion would be to have a restaurant at the condo- like for lunch or snacks. Great place!!

My family and I had reservations for a beach front hotel that was highly acclaimed (or should I say self proclaimed!) as the #1 family vacation spot in Panama City Beach. The pictures on their website were fantastic, but when we checked in, we knew we had made a HUGE mistake! It was horrible, to say the least. We immediately got in our car and started driving to find something else. We were thrilled to find Sterling Beach. We have stayed for the past two years in Destin at another Sterling resort and have been tremendously happy. The desk clerk asked if we wanted to see a room since they had availability, but we declined, knowing that it would be beautiful from past experience. Thankfully, we were able to get out of our reservation at the previous hotel and we enjoyed three fabulous nights at Sterling beach. Sterling resorts are first class all the way! We enjoyed a beautiful 1500 square foot condo with every ammenity for approx. $40/night more than the dump down the street! Thank you Sterling...you saved our vacation!!!

After checking out early from a wornout oceanfront room further up the beach we found the Sterling Beach and loved it. The high ceilings and decorator furnihings makes it the most luxurious condo we have seen there. You will hard pressed to find anywhere on the beach a lanai 30 feet long and a gormet kitchen too! When we visiting again we wouldn't think of staying anywhere else.

Ok, so every year we go to Panama City Beach, FL. Every year until last summer we stayed at the Dunes of Panama. We hadn't been satisfied with our vacations in a few years, especially my dad who hates the beach.
But last summer we decided to try this new resort called "Sterling Beach." We were slightly nervous that it would be a dump because of the awesome deal we'd gotten on it over the internet. But when we stepped into our over-sized three bedroom, two bath was absolutely beautiful.
Unlike our small beach style condos before, these were like beautiful beach homes, huge and professionally decorated. We also toured the three bedroom, three bath and four bedroom, three bath, both of which had two balconies and fireplaces with large sweeping windows throughout. "Sterling Beach" was the first vacation even my dad enjoyed. A great family or couple vacation with top of the line grills by the pool, workout room overlooking the gulf and family movies in their 250 person theater. We are currently planning to vacation there again this summer! Would recommend to anyone and everyone!
