We stayed at this hotel last week. We had 4 teenagers with us and they loved it. Always something for them to do. Unlike another patron, we did not have to take out our trash. We were given plenty of towels when room service came around. The rooms were big enough for the nine of us that stayed. We did not see any ROACHES or any other bugs for that matter. We will stay at this location again for the ammenities for the teens.

Absolute Dump. Stay Away, Run Away Fast. The room was an absolute nasty dump. We paid extra for a kitchenette. It consisted of a nasty greasy stove setting about 2 feet inside the door. You had to squeeze in between it and the bed to get into the room. Our tv (about 20 years old) did not have an on/off button or remote. You had to unplug it to turn it off. The volume buttons didn't work. Customer service was an absolute joke. The door frame was rotting out of the wall. There were wet spots in the carpet when we arrived. Pretty sure it was urine. There were hairs all over the sheets. We were scared to use sleep on the sheets or under the blankets so we ended up sleeping in our clothes and sitting up. We left after only 1.5 days. Couldn't stand it any longer

We had a huge family vacation, we all had a great time. My teenagers love the atmosphere, and so did the younger ones. The loved the lazy river, etc. I also have been back a few times. I enjoy anytime I get to the beach.

The rooms are terrible, small, smelly, and not clean at all. The place was over run with drunk teenagers, that are very loud and rude. Had 3 of them pounding and kicking at my door at 3 am yelling lets party. When my husband answered the door and told them to leave one of them acted like he was going to hit my husband. Management wouldnt do a thing about it. The wrist bands are aggervating to have to wear at all times. We never ever stay here again.
