It is a wonderful place to stay. The staff was great. the rooms are clean. there is a wonderful view of the ocean. walking distance to resturants and shopping.

We just returned from our first vacation with our 2 kids (ages 5 & 6) and it was GREAT!! We chose this hotel after reading tons of reviews on Trip Advisor & we are SO glad we did!! The room was very clean with a great view & a great layout! The Legacy by the Sea is located right on the beach & we enjoyed the Continental Breakfast served daily - then went to nearby restaurants (including the Barefoot Beach Club, just steps away, which was wonderful!) to eat. The kitchen in our room was fully stocked w/dishes & a dishwasher, microwave, etc. It was so convenient if we wanted to eat in, which we did a time or two. Staying right on the beach was awesome with great sunsets & lots to do! The pool was very clean & provided lots of fun for our kiddo's. Can't say enough about the GREAT SERVICE at the hotel; the staff was courteous, professional, & always kept everything so clean! Beds were clean and comfortable - we slept REALLY well! We truly enjoyed our 1st family vacation & will definitely return to the LEGACY BY THE SEA next year for MORE great fun!! :)

This is a great place to stay for the money. As you enter the lobby, you have a beautiful view of white sand and the gulf. We had a suite with ocean view. Very clean and comfortable bedding. Could use some redecorating. Great location.

We had special needs for our trip (elderly parents) with check-ins and a liittle extra time needed, due to our flights. We chose, Legacy by the sea, to accommodate my parents and very glad we that did. This was probably their last vacation together, so we wanted to give them a good trip.
We can't say enough for the people behind the desk....very kind and helpful. They were going out of their way to make sure that all of our needs were taken care of. The rooms were very clean and a perfect view of the Gulf......couldn't ask for a better staff at this location. Thanks for a pleasant memory! Hope to be back someday
