The rooms were clean. The location was nice. Slight drive to pier park, attractions, and beach. But it's tucked away in a pretty location.

Service was great except for the breakfast lady who was very unprofessional.

Great place for you and your pets

Stayed here for one night. This was our first overnight trip with our two Jack Russell Terriers. The hotel is fairly new and very clean. The hotel staff were very helpful and provided info about pet friendly areas within the hotel, as well as the hotel grounds. The lobby was nicely decorated and inviting. I must mention for those of you who do not own dogs, this might not be the best choice for you. I say this because the one negative I noted was smell of disinfectant; it reminded me of the smell of my vets office. That being said, everything else was better than I expected. The room was nice and clean. The bed was a little hard, but okay for one night. Our room was on the first floor and close to a side door, which was convenient for dog walks. There is a wooded area with trails on the east side of the hotel. The walls are thin; you will hear doors opening and closing and guests talking in the hallway. The hotel is only a 5 - 10 minute drive to Pier Park shopping and the Pier Park dog beach. I recommend this hotel, they truly cater to pet lovers.

This hotel was very clean, the staff were very friendly going above and beyond to make my stay pleasurable. My room did have a musty order. As the hotel was booked to capacity I was unable to change rooms. I was given a spray to help eliminate the order which I believe was coming from the pipes in the jacuzzi tub. When the air conditioning was turned up, the order dissipated( I guess this room had not been used for a few days and that is why is was stuffy) The next day I was offered another room which I decided I no longer needed. I can without hesitation recommend this hotel.
