During an hour wait, there was no bar service on the swamp-side deck, very inattentive service in the adjacent bar. The hostess led us to an unprepared table, laid the menus and our utensils wrapped in cotton napkins in a pile in the center of the table and left to gather enough chairs to accommodate our party. The wait staff was slow and required frequent reminders to follow through on our requests. The food was well prepared, but did not nearly live up to the billing of "The best food in Panama City Beach" nor was it good enough to warrant the price. Groups of eight or more are charged an obligatory 18% gratuity. Would never go back.
