I travel every week for my job and i tend to be more picky than the normal traveler. I found this hotel to be very good. I did not hear my neighbor which is always a good point. I had a tv and phone in the bathroom along with a very nice red shower stall on the top floor.
The staff was very friendly and helpful with a running toilet issue.
I will and am going to stay here again when in PC.

I am retired military and I travel often throughout Florida. I usually stay on base; however, both military bases in Panama City were full, so I found a great room rate at the Holiday Inn Select in Panama City. I had read some really good reviews about the hotel and I wanted to find out if the reviews were real or fake. The reviews are real. The young lady who checked me in was extremely courteous and professional. The young man who gave me change for the laundry room was also extremely courteous and professional. He asked me if I was enjoying my stay at the hotel and I told him that I was. I also told him that the best part of the hotel room was the bright red shower. It's not a tacky red color; it's a striking red color. It's absolutely gorgeous!!! The beds are very comfortable and the pillows are heavenly soft and fluffy. The hallways were always clean and the room did not have that musty odor that some hotel rooms usually have. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Panama City, FL.

The outside looks old and uninviting. The inside is a little funky--eclectic. Lots of tilework, Tiffany style ceiling fans, mirrored walls. Room has a RED and I mean RED shower. But it was clean, comfortable, across from the mall. Good exercise room. GREAT pillows! Good menu if you eat on the premises, which I encourage unless you want mall food, because there's not much else. I would definitely stay here again.

Found the room clean and the beautiful tub was a pleasant surprise. The color (ruby red) was beautiful and the water pressure was great.

The front desk was helpful in getting our internet (in our room) going. Maintenance staff even came and helped us hook it up.

We didn't eat there because we thought that the prices were a little too high.

Everything was great!!
