There are actually 2 of these in Panama City Beach, one looks like an old diner car, the other is a bright silver building. They did have a good breakfast bar, and it is very kid friendly. My 4 year old spilled his drink and they were more concerned that it would spoil our breakfast than the mess. The restrooms were old and could have been better, but that was my only complaint. We did not try anything but breakfast there.
