“Good food, but not worth the hassle”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 4, 2013

Yes, the food was really good, but even going early there is no parking. I don't like to park my car along side a street that is not really intended to be parked on and what very little dirt and gravel area there is to park on is used up by the staff and next door oyster bar.

“Great lunch restaurant.”

Great place to have lunch. Soups and sandwiches are delightful. Service is good and the atmosphere is charming. I wish they opened for breakfast.

“Wonderful little restaurant”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 2, 2013

Well worth a visit. We dropped by Sweet Magnolia's on our way back from Jack Brown's Seaplane Base just down the road in Winter Haven. What a treat. Our server was wonderful, the food was great and the atmosphere was quaint. If you like a more upscale lunch dining experience, give them a visit. You won't be disappointed.

“Memory Lane brought on Sweet Magnolia's!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 2, 2013

I couldn't believe a little restaurant in a very old area could be so delightful! The food was just way to good.... I am not know for eating very much but this time I cleaned my plate! It's worth a drive to visit the area and see what 'use to be' and enjoy the fantastic food.

“Wonderful experience”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 17, 2012

If you are not from PC, you will need your GPS to find this place, but it is worth the trip. They have soups, salads, and sandwiches. Everything I have had here is very tasty. The corn-potato chowder is one of my favorites. Save room for dessert. When they bring the dessert tray out, only the strongest can resist. My favorite is the caramel cake, but they sometimes run out if we go late in the week. The servers are very good. This is a small restaurant, so either go early or prepare to wait. There is outdoor seating. We go every time we are in the area and highly recommend it. The prices are very reasonable.
