“It's worth a trip to PC just for a Tom's Hot Dog”

I live in Newnan, GA and am craving a Tom's hot dog from just thinking about it. It's pretty bad when you admit that your primary reason for going to PC is for a hot dog, but I admit it. I was in PC several years ago and saw an ad in the local paper for a free hot dog so I went there for the first time for my free dog. That was probably the most profitable "free" hot dog they ever gave anyone because I have eaten many of them (and paid) since then. Guess that's proof that advertising in the News Herald pays off.

I've eaten hot dogs at many places that claim to have great dogs. This is one that lives up to the hype. I especially like the all beef dogs served here. My wife is partial to their chicken salad.

Tom's is all of 12 feet wide and probably about 40 feet deep. It is almost impossible to get in at the peak of lunch time, but things move fairly fast earlier or later.

I try to get by Tom's on each visit to Panama City.
