“Great family restaurant”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 11, 2013

Popi's Too is part of a small family chain in the Tampa Bay area. Great food, large portions and excellent service. You can't beat their $5.00 breakfast special which includes coffee. Homemade rolls are served with dinners and they are homemade!

“Wonderful service, tasty food!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 14, 2013

Thank you Miguel for the great service we enjoyed. I ordered a fish sandwich minus the bun and it was wonderful. Another in our group ordered the stuffed meat loaf and it was wonderful too. The BLT was as expected. And, the mandarin chicken salad with citrus/orange dressing was really exceptional. All the portions were generous. But truly the service made it a GREAT dining experience. Ample parking too.

“Good place for breakfast”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed February 14, 2013

This is my second Popi's I go to for breakfast. The first one, in downtown Bradendon was below average. They don't know how to cook an omelet. It was thin, dry and tasteless. After two bites if it, I returned it. The place is old and needs some renovations. The second Popi's (Popi's III) in Palmetto was much better. Better food, better atmosphere and service with a smile.

“My absolute favorite restaurant!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 14, 2012

Let me first start by saying I've eaten at upwards of 600 restaurants in my lifetime, and they all have something going for them: speedy service, great prices, tasty food, or a good atmosphere.

Note that there is an "or" instead of an "and" there.

Not at Popi's.

You truly get all of the above here. After first going here several months ago (Oct 2012) I became hooked. Stack of mammoth pancakes? 4 bucks. Unlimited great coffee? Comes with the price of most meals you buy, which are a bargain. Steak meal? doesn't quite hit ten dollars. I don't know how they do it. The prices they charge seem below what you should be able to pay.

And you still get the FRESH taste at that price. Whatever they are doing, they are doing it well.

Did I mention the variety? They serve traditional American favorites in breakfast and lunch, as well as having some Mexican and European dishes on the menu. They add things to it pretty often, meaning each time I have come back there was something new to try.

All in all, chains, take note, I'm going here instead until you're as good as these guys.
