“Close to home, far away from chaos”

Family and extended family rented #564 at Cinnamon Beach. Loved it! Big condo, fairly well appointed and equipped. Coffee maker failed after first pot on day 2 but a quick phone call to Vacation Rental Pros and we had a replacement. Excellent views off balcony and from adult pool. Family pool has sloping entrance which is great for movement-impaired folks. The game rooom adjacent to family pool is great fun and the eatery that is poolside has great food and cocktails and servers that walk both pools taking drink orders. Not a lot of restaurants close by but each condo has fully equipped kitchen so maybe pack some groceries. We did like nearby Mezzaluna and the JT seafood restaurant. St Augustine is about 30 minutes away as is Daytona Beach airport. This is a great escape for Central Floridians.

Room Tip: Get a top floor and an end unit if neighbors and noise might be a concern.

The complex is a very nice complex unfortunately each individual unit is own by different people. some people keep a nice condo others will keep a nasty condo. we had a penthouse unit in 400 building unit 365. the condo is the total mass crayons on the wall writing on the wall marks all over the walls. there are no sheets on the bed with dog hair on the comforter in the master bedroom. and the best is when my adult boys pulled out sheets to make the bed and found semen on some of the comforters. dust all over the baseboards. stains on the carpet. we move to another unit. that unit the refrigerator didn't work and the hot water heater is only good for about two showers. the grounds the pool area the fitness center the restaurants were all nice

Perfect location and plenty for the family to do, Ocean or pools! Condo has all of the upgrades and plenty of room! Our unit was 3 bedrooms, 3 bath end unit. It was our 2nd stay at Cinnamon Beach and we will definitely be back again, we are actually considering buying a unit!

We recently stayed at Cinnamon Beach Condo 934. Our agent was Steve Milo and he was very helpful. We had adults from age 63 down to a 4 year old and we all loved it. Our units patio was over looking the lake and we spent many hours there. The condo was very spacious and well equipped, also loved being close to the publix for those last minute items we had forgotten. We would spend mornings at the beach and then head down for an afternoon swim in the pool. It was nice that there are two pools, one for adults with children and a "quiet pool". It was a walk to the pools from our condo, but was very manageable, even with a tired 4 year old. Our entire family appreciated all the information that was included in our vacation packet, including restaurants and shopping. We loved the beach and the fact that it was very family friendly. We plan on going back next summer and we'll be giving Steve Milo and Vacation Rental Pros a call.

Loved this place. Kid friendly but it is a long walk from condo to pools. The only negative thing I found was no chain locks up high on the door. This would have been a nice security blanket since our kids rooms were right beside the door. I asked if we could put one in and they said no. So we barricaded the door with furniture!

We just got back from a family vacation in Palm Coast, staying in the Cinnamon Beach Resort. This is our 2nd time vacationing in Palm Coast. The first time we stayed on the Hammock Resort. Cinnamon Beach Resort is average- our condo in building 1100 was very spacious for our family. However, there were some things that need to be upgraded. We wanted to cook most nights but got frustrated with the pots and pans (they were HORRIBLE) and lack of kitchen utensils. We also needed Wifi for various reasons and the service was spotty. It was inconsistent. This was very disappointing. We had a 2 year old who loves to watch his favorite DVD's. It was difficult trying to figure out how to hook up the DVD player in the family room. We never got it working. The air conditioner was also difficult to work. The condo was constantly too cold. The ice maker on the fridge never worked. The remote controls in the master bedroom didn't work (even with new batteries). It was just these sort of little nuances that can make your day frustrating. The walk to the pool was long (not good for a toddler unless you have a stroller (which you don't want to use afterwards b/c it will get wet)). The noise level was horrible!!! We constantly heard running above us and what sounded like chairs being dragged on a cement floor all day long. And this is a dog friendly resort. I was not aware of that before hand. We heard dogs barking all the time and we could not walk on the sidewalks without someone's dog trying to sniff us or walking up to us. I don't dislike dogs but I'm not a fan of a stranger's dog either!
Palm Coast itself is quite boring. There's not much to do there so majority of the days we did day trips. It was an easy drive to Daytona Beach and Orlando. You do have to pay a $2 toll every time you come back to Cinnamon Beach. That got old really quick! The Walmart there was great even though we noticed the prices were higher than at home. The beach was not good... we drove to Daytona to enjoy their beach.
All in all this was a great family vacation. We've decided that we probably won't be back to Palm Coast or Cinnamon Beach Resort again though.
One note, the property manager, Crystal was great! I had to call her around 10 pm on the night we got there to ask about a code for the gate. She returned my call within 5 minutes. She also came to the condo the following day to try to fix the WiFi issue.

Room Tip: We had a corner unit which I hear provides the most space. Our view was of the lake. This was ok for...
