“Breathtaking”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 27, 2014

Another free activity close to St Augustine. A great history. Many walking trails, horseback riding, and boating activities. Be sure to see the eagles nest. I just keep going back. Be sure to take your dog.

“Lots to see and do so close to St.Augustine”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 15, 2014 via mobile

We were very impressed with Princess Place Preserve. It is a great place
for a nature walk to see birds, trees, eagle nesting sites, kayak, fishing and
Camping.

The tour of the Lodge was very good and the guide was very knowledgeable.

They have lots of picnic tables. Just a great place to spend the day.Free
admission but they do have donation boxes.

“A piece of old Florida”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 5, 2014

Princess Place Preserve is one of the many free attractions in this part of the state, and one of the best. It's easy to miss because of its location off of Old Kings Road and access via a dirt trail. Don't be deceived by the rustic location though. Once you arrive at the preserve you will find a beautiful park-like environment with several vintage buildings to explore and wonderful water views. The natural beauty makes this place a popular venue for special events such as weddings. It would be hard to find a better place for a picnic or just a relaxing walk.

“The Jewel of Flagler County”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 4, 2014

Nature lovers should NOT miss Princess Place. It's my favorite place here. The trees are awesome. The Princess' lodge, first swimming pool in Florida, and the stables are all definitely worth seeing. And the wildlife--birds, deer, armadillos, etc. are plentiful.
