We stayed at this hotel for 4 years in a row over March break. The first 2 years it was great, beautiful gardens, very clean and well maintained. The next 2 years were very different. The pool was kept quite cool and when we asked the manager to warm it up so our children could make use of it, we were told that is quite expensive to do. We decided to try it one more year because the first 2 years were so good. But we had problems again with the pool being kept at lower temperatures and it was not cleaned on a daily basis. We also had items stolen from our room and when we discussed this with the manager he was not that helpful and advised us against contacting the police. The flowers decorating the hotel were beautiful out front of the hotel but in the pool area, it had been left neglected and there were weeds. Pool is next to parking lot and behind hotel there is alot of construction going on.
Best thing about hotel is the location...close to highway and shopping. It is also not a busy hotel. But if you are looking for a nice hotel where you can use the pool, this is not the place for you.

My husband and I checked-in and checked-out of this hotel in less than 20 mins. We have relied on tripadvisor a lot over the years and so decided to book at this hotel based on reviews. In truth the room was very tiny, dark, and had not been updated/renovated in a long time -- way overpriced for $200/night. The pool area was very tiny, next to parking lot and the lobby was covered in chinz. For $10/night more we moved to the Doubletree PBG where we stayed last year which is much better value for money. The Doubletree has larger rooms, big flatscreen TVs, renovated bathrooms, and comfortable pool and garden with outdoor beds. Seriously, I have stayed in 4 different hotels in PBG and comparing value for money the Doubletree is definately the best bet.

My husband and I visit Palm Beach Gardens once a month and this is by far our favorite hotel. The staff is very helpful, there is a great fitness club and the beds are fantastic. We used to stay at the Marriott across the street but this hotel is much better and we have stayed here on our last 4 visits. In fact I am booking a room for next week.

We stayed three nights here and I guarantee that you would never know you were in a Hampton Inn when you were in your room. The room was wonderful - much larger than the normal Hampton Inn and very well appointed. Wonderful duvel covers on the beds and an air of luxury throughout. We noticed that they have won several awards from the Hilton organization and they are well deserved. The location is very convenient with easy access to I-95 but also very quiet. The only slight negative are the breakfasts - the usual Hampton Inn fare but that is just a nit. You can always go elsewhere if you want a full breakfast. There is no pool but that wasn't a consideration for us. We would definitely stay there again and considered it a great value for the money.
