Very shady place. There was a car parked in the middle of the lot for 2 straight days. Towels smelled funky and shower didn't drain properly. I would stay away.

The Best Western, formerly Hampton Inn, was a very nice place to stay. Even if you are here on business or on your leisurely travels, I would hope you would keep it in mind. The staff was wonderful and the rooms were clean. I especially liked the pillows. Most of the hotels I've stayed at have flat hard pillows but these were nice and fluffy. The only downside is that there isn't a microwave or a mini fridge in the rooms. Some rooms may have but the room I stayed in didn't. They can come in handy for those of you who like to bring cold snacks with you. Breakfast was good. It included breads, fruits, cereal, coffee, juice. etc.

Stayed there for 2 weeks this October. People were nice and the rooms were nice and clean. The remote net access was great and the water pressure was just fine. There were a few loud mouthed local idiots that congregated at the outside bar after 5:00 pm. One local was from Tennessee and was so obnoxious I was tempted to yell off my balcony..Hey ---! There are people with kids here trying to relax and sleep! A slingshot would have come in very handy.

All in all it was fine for a place to crash after a hard days work. I had a nice time there.

This ranks as the worst hotel that I have ever stayed in for the simple reason that when I awoke in the AM and turned on the lights I noticed cock roaches scurrying for cover. The moldy tiles in the shower set the tone, but I have never stayed in a hotel with roaches before. The thought that I slept in that room with those bugs over night is disgusting. It was my mistake that I didn't check tripadvisor before making the reservations because if I would have then I would have noticed that there was another recent visitor that also complained of roaches. If you do choose to stay at this hotel then I recommend that you leave your luggage in your car, and check all of your belongings to make sure you do not depart with any hitch hikers (roaches). I guess that staying at this hotel could be good training for competitors in the TV show "FEAR FACTOR". After staying here you will probably have no problem laying in a box with thousands of roaches crawling all over your body. Good Luck!
