After getting stuck in Fla I needed a room for the night. I contacted the best western from the airport. They had a shuttle their in 5 mins...The rate was also fine at about 120.00 a night..I explained to the driver i needed some clothing as I was only supposed to be there for the day.. He took me to the wallmart where I could pick up a few things...nice rooms and a great staff.

Lousy area . Bad and confused service , no maintainance and rule front desk.

The best thing I can say about this hotel is that the beds were comfortable. The room was small and dark and the bathroom was none too clean. The maid service was poor; we didn't get clean towels on our second day (we spent three nights there). It's a cheap place to stay and that's reflected in the small, scratchy towels, the size of the room, and the low-quality toiletries. If you want to save money and spend very little time in your room, stay here.

The Best Western Palm Beach Airport is perfect for families, and for people traveling alone on bussiness or leisure. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and downtown West Palm Beach. There are 3 restaurants within walking distance to the hotel, and although they are not 5 star dining - they serve their purpose (I-Hop, Denny's and Wendy's). The Hotel facility is very clean and nice. The rooms were large and clean and had everything I needed for my stay. There was a refrigerator, a microwave, huge bed, couch, desk, dresser, and large TV, complete with a full bathroom (also very clean). The pool was also satisfactory and very relaxing. It's not the biggest pool ever, but it's very nice. The wireless internet was very satisfactory, and worked whenever I needed it. The airport shuttle was also very nice when traveling without a rental car or other mode of transportation. The front desk was very helpful and polite, and housekeeping was also very nice.

I think this hotel was great. Everything was as it should have been, and I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to the Palm Beach area that wants a great hotel at a lower rate.
