We did an overnight here and thought this hotel offered a great deal for a reasonable price. The whole hotel was spotlessly clean and the rooms were comfortable and bright, with all the usual fixtures. Breakfast was one of the better buffets we've seen in similarly priced hotels with lots of fresh and prepared fruit options, a range of decent breads, yogurts, waffles and their own take on the cooked selections with two types of Jimmy Dean hot sandwiches. What's not to like?
The wi fi was fast and reliable and the pool overlooking the bridge was sizeable and heated.
We enjoyed our stay, our first in a Fairfield and on this showing would definitely use it again.
The one jarring note was the additional $3 a night fee for using a standard digital room safe. We've never seen that before and can't see why it would be necessary.

Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Complimentary WiFi (worked just fine). Free parking. Decent pool and and hot tub. Breakfast is included but it ends promptly so make sure to get there early (I missed both days). The hotel is located across the street from the beach. We had a wedding to go to at the Four Seasons and opted to stay here instead because it was about half the price.

Room Tip: There are two floors so if you don't want to be at ground level, ask for the second floor.

My husband and I planned a last minute trip to West Palm Beach for NYE and this was the only semi-reasonable priced hotel left. The hotel is situated on the inter coastal waterway with very few rooms facing the water. The hotel has a pool and jacuzzi which were clean, but the hotel for $200/night was not worth it. The rooms were pretty basic, not well-maintained and the breakfast was OK. I would definitely consider other hotels in the area.

Room Tip: Must choose a suite to get a water view.

Good location on south ocean but total ripoff. They claimed they were out of standard rooms and up charged us to a suite that was the exact same size as a reg room although it had a large wall in it so was actually a smaller space.
They claimed it was a nicer room and had a second tv and a micro. Standard room is much nicer.
Turns out they now said they could have moved us to a reg room (after we left) which surprisingly was now available.
And they charge $3 per day for the use of the in room safe.
Won't be back

Upgraded to a room that looks out over the pool and Intercoastal Waterway. Yes, the rooms are small, but it has a sitting area and a king size bed. The balcony was nice to sit on in the morning drinking coffee. The beach is across the street and a very easy walk, especially with the light traffic. Two restaurants are within walking distance with very good food. Breakfast at the hotel is your Fairfield Inn breakfast nothing fancy, but good. A coffee machine made coffee tastes much better than the usual carafe. You can adjust the strength of the coffee. I would stay here again. The maids asked me when I would like the room to be cleaned and were very friendly. The air conditioning is the old style, but it does the job.

Room Tip: Ask for upgraded rooms. Ones overlooking the pool are nice with the balcony. Side rooms overlook t...

I have been to many hotels for both business and pleasure and this by far is one of the worst hotels. Maurice, one of the managers is completely useless about fixing problems and is could not care less about how his hotel runs. The location is good but unfortunatly the attitude of the staff destroyed out experience, I have never felt this way about an establishment, please bring your business elsewhere.

Stayed here last year and were back again. A short walk to the beach, jelly beans for the taking in the lobby, a nice breakfast and above all, a GREAT PRICE. A perfect family place to stay. Very friendly!

Room Tip: all rooms are good
