We stayed over spring break so lots of kids/families around. If this bothers you than you might want to chose a non-standard vacation time to visit here.

Rooms are fine. Adequate bathrooms with double vanities and decent water pressure and functioning facilities. Typical FS great bath products (L'Occitane). We had two adjoining rooms for us and our two young children (ages 4 and 2 1/2.) FS provided a Diaper disposal unit, refridgerator, and microwave. They had a training potty seat delivered as well, which proved crucial to my 2 year old who was a bit skittish of the big pottie that week. They provided rails for the bed. We were greeted by a wagon and our children each got to chose a stuffed animal as a gift. These guys know how to treat a kid!. THe rooms adjoin through a common private hallway, which is nice as it gives more separation without too much separation.

Restaurant (Ocean Bistro) had very decent food and was friendly to the kids. We got to know most of the waitstaff and they us. Again treated the kids as royalty. Kids under 5 registered as hotel guests eat free with adults at restaurants (not room service).

Pool service was quite good. Pool itself was nice enough. Complementary sunglass wiper and sun screen at cabana. Plenty of staff most days. During our stay the ocean water was on double red flag every day because of bad weather and rip tides.

Service is of course a trademark of FS properties and this htoel is no exeption. Grounds and buildin could be nicer, but they do a great ob wit what they have to work with. Next time I may try a different resort in Palm Beach. Very nice breakfast voelrooking the beach.

Our experience - not good. Very disappointed. We expected a nice, positive, relaxing vacation and instead we found ourselves to be tense and disappointed. We've stayed at other Four Seasons and all of them were wonderful - this was not like the others.
Pool area:
Guests were not able to eat and drink in peace at poolside. Birds diving at food and pooping all over people on pool deck. We couldn't relax. Guests were frustrated and annoyed by this. We couldn't believe how aggressive these birds were.
People were also smoking right near the pool. Guests should not be subjected to cigarette and cigar smoke.
I also recommend strongly they put in another pool for adults.
Rooms:
First impression of room assigned – TERRIBLE. It was very small and dingy. Construction going on outside the building next door. This was right outside our window - you can hear and see it. Terrible view. I believe we are paying enough to have a nice size room with a nice view and not the sound and site of construction. This was totally unacceptable!! I was not going to stay in this room so....
Second Room assigned to us – toilet overflowed leaving entire bathroom floor with water. Water would not stop overflowing - we tried to stop it while waiting for help(staff) to arrive – not a nice experience for us!!
Restaurants:
Bistro - our breakfast orders were wrong every morning – staff do not write orders down. It also took a little long for our meals to arrive.
Our dinner experience at the Bistro was awful as well, we waited over a half hour for our waiter to come and take our order...no waiter in site!! We decided to leave and I informed the person in charge of what happened and all she gave us was a quick apology - like she couldn't be bothered. We went to concierge and spoke to Lucas. We told him what happened and he was very helpful and rectified the situation. Lucas was wonderful.

The Living Room(Bar): very nice bartender - nice experience.

The Restaurant(a big restaurant): nice place and good service.

Gym: very small.

Staff: Most are very friendly and nice.

Unfortunately, our overall experience was not good. We definately would not recommend this place. Again, I was really hoping our stay at this Four Seasons would be like the other Four Seasons we've stayed at. We really suggest you look into staying at another hotel if you are going to visit West Palm Beach.

I stayed at the Four Seasons for a one night getaway with my husband. Check-in went relatively smoothly but our room wasn't ready. Folks should note that check-in is at 4pm which in my opinion, is rather late. We had arrived at 2pm. As is my habit, I asked if any upgrades were available but there were none. This was a surprise given the prices/economy but it was school vacation week and as we found out, the place was packed with families. Service was really unbelievable. We had gone into the gift shop to look for a Sunday New York Times but they were out. When a bellman overheard us, he brought us a complimentary paper immediately. The staff around the pool are wonderful. They bring complimentary water, popsicles, wet towels, Evian water spritzes, frozen grapes, etc. They even offer to clean your sunglasses! The pool and hot tub were small and packed with kids but very generously heated. The room was extremely average, as other reviewers have mentioned. We were especially underwhelmed by the bathroom with its shower/tub combination. For the price, we expected a separate soaking tub and walk-in shower. We ate dinner at the Ocean Bistro and it was lovely. To save money, we took the advice of a previous reviewer and had breakfast at John G's and Benny's on the Beach. These are a short walk (less than 5 minute) down the beach over the Lake Worth line and the breakfasts were great! We also used the fitness center which was terrific and had everything you need. Overall, we had a lovely, lovely time but will likely try another hotel in the area next time just as a comparison.

My husband and I just returned from the Four Seasons Palm Beach and we had an excellent stay. The staff truly went above and beyond. Everyone was super friendly and anticipated our desires before we even had to ask.

I am pregnant and when I mentioned to the pool attendant that I was craving a Haagen Dasz ice-cream bar, they searched all over the hotel for one. They did not find it, so they actually sent someone out to the store to buy it. I could not believe they actually had someone drive out of the resort to look for the specific kind of ice-cream I wanted. They brought it out to me pool side at no charge and with a smile. I was so impressed. That to me was truly above and beyond service.

Everything else about the hotel was amazing. From the front desk attendant to the restaurant waiters, to the pool attendants and the housekeeping staff - the service was impeccable. The hotel felt very luxurious and we had a wonderful stay.
