“Perfection”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 31, 2012

I've stayed in just about every hotel in Palm Beach and this is now my favorite. The property is beautiful; the rooms are tastefully decorated in soft colors, the food is great; and the service is the best in the world.

Room Tip: You MUST get a room with ocean view. Ask for higher floor.

The Four Seasons Resort, Palm Beach, built in 1989, is fresh and beautiful, just like it had been built yesterday--actually, better, since the landscaping is mature, just like the rest of Palm Beach. The decor and flowers compliment the hotel and its setting. The service was magnificent and the food delicious--particularly room service. A delightful place for a fews day vacation.

From arrival to departure the staff at the Four Seasons was remarkable. Their attention to every need was exceptional.
The facilities were well maintained and despite a sold out period, there was never any sense of large crowd or disruptive noise.

Spring break 2012. RC Palm beach below expectations. No beach whatsoever.
2 Kids disappointed. On short notice relocated to FS here.
Fantastic property and, more importantly, a service approach that makes one feel comfortable from beginning to end. Love the room, the view, the beach is well kept. Sea weed is raked over night making the beach fresh and clean. Service is attentive and impeccable.
Food options are limited but very good and will make anything to order if you just ask.
That is the secret to a nice stay. Be nice, ask nicely and the response will be surprising and pleasant. So only question is? If I am paying a very significant amount for my daily room, why do I get charged 15$ day to use internet for my families computers? Seems petty.
If you want a nice quiet time, if you have kids and want them to have a good time....it's great. Of site, though, not much to do.

We spent 4 nights at the Four Seasons. The service was good, prompt and professional. That was a clear positive. Also the hotel is located right on the beach and that is always a big treat.

The hotel itself is a bit of a mixed bag. The rooms and physical plant are less than one might expect from a Four Seasons. Our room, where the nightly tariff was over $1,000, was very ordinary, something you would expect of a less expensive chain hotel on a business trip. The outdoor bar needs a facelift and good cleaning very shortly. The location also would not be my first choice, about 5 miles out of town, where you need to get in the rental car for meals and entertainment. That is a particular issue when all food and drinks are priced at "high retail" in the hotel. My last issue, maybe petty, is that when you pay top dollar for the room, I do not care for a $15 a day internet fee or bottled water in my room at $8 a bottle.

We will go back to Palm Beach, but will most likely stay closer to town in a different hotel. The summary is very good staff and service and an average hotel experience at a price where I would have expected otherwise.

A very elegant and beautiful property. Our room was comfortable with a small balcony that added to the atmospher of the room. Our room faced the pool area with a partial veiw of the ocean. Comfortable king size bed with a nice bathroom, but only one sink. The room was not large, but sufficient for a long weekend stay. The bedding was cozy and warm.
Although the tempature was still a bit cool my husband and I enjoyed time on the beach, which is well grommed and maintained with great service of towels, chairs umbrellas, etc. We had very personal service. Small treats were brought to us on the beach such as frozen grapes, drinks and plenty of water. We enjoyed excellent service in the resturant. We were able to sit outside each evening. The food was amazing. The waiters were very professional and willing to accomodate our wishes. Late afternoons we enjoyed watching an update of the day at the outside bar lounge. If we have the opportunity, we will return for another stay. It was wonderful!

Room Tip: Inside rooms have a nice view of the pool area and partial ocean view.

Service was excellent and the beach and pool make it worth the money. Plenty of open chairs at the pool and beach available at any time of day. Always a member of the staff bringing around complimentary mini-smoothies at the pool and beach. The hotel itself is finished nicely but is clearly an old hotel that got a face lift and it shows in the rooms and from the outside. Not as new as the Ritz but much quieter and more laid back. The outdoor restaurant by the ocean is excellent. We did not like the casual indoor restaurant at all and went out for all meals but lunch pool-side. No place to walk to and eat off the hotel premises.
