“Absolutely amazing!!!!!!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 14, 2012 via mobile

My family has stayed all over the Caribbean, Europe and the states. The four seasons palm beach is by far the best overall vacation experience we have ever had!!!!!!! Going back in June this time for two weeks! And the staff here are top notch! Nothing was too big or small that they couldn't accommodate my family and I. The property is beautiful and the staff bump it up to fabulous!!! A must place to stay if your going to florida!!!!

5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 12, 2012

Just got back from a 4 day extended weekend stay at the FS Palm Beach (March 8 to 11, 2012). Cannot say enough good things about this resort.
- Pool and Beach area wonderful - beach is wide and very pretty and great service at the pool and beach (towels, chair covers, umbrellas, ice water, food and drink service etc.
- Food was first rate. Eat in all three restaurants - each had very good to excellent food - but my favorite was the outdoor informal one overlooking the beach - very creative menu - just a lovely setting
- The hotel is stunning and impecably maintained - it feels like two different hotels - the lobby and common rooms feel like a very high end downtown NYC hotel (maybe downtown Miami) - but the moment you step outside it feels like a very upscale beach resort. Kind of interesting when you get used to it
- Service from every single hotel employee was just superior

Lots of great restaurants in the area - this is Palm Beach!

We will definitely return. And South Ocean Blvd as you drive south to the hotel from where the road from the airport meets A1A (about 4 miles) is just off the charts - come see how the 1/10,000% live !!!!

Only advice is that there are differences in the "partial ocean view rooms" whcih comprise the majority of the hotels rooms. These rooms are in two wings that are perpendicular to the beach. The rooms have an angled wall with a sliding glass door so you do get a partial ocean view. Try to get an inside room not outside. Inside faces the pool area. Much better view and larger rooms. Outside have more of an angle and you are facing the next condo or hotel. We moved to an outside room as our inside room was on the 1st floor and we wanted more privacy - got the higher floor but mostly a view of the side of the Ompoy (sp?) hotel next door (but still a partial ocean view). Although somewhat smaller than the inside room - still very nice room - extremely well maintained. Overall a great 4 day getaway thanks to the Four Seasons. KRB60

Room Tip: See above review - try to get an inside room - as close to the beach as possible.

Lovely outdoor eating. Rooms are not big but comfortable but only one sink per room. Beach was great and not crowded.

Room Tip: Get as close to the ocean as possible to hear the surf at night.

A spacious hotel by a pristine beach, with a very nice pool area, large sunny rooms in a light palette, and attached spa and restaurants. The high marble foyer of the entrance is very striking, and the whole hotel is nicely appointed. I personally thought the food was up to par, and I always like rooms with well-stuffed minibars... Two small areas where the quality isn't consonant with the rest of the hotel are: (1) Our room, which looked out on the ocean, had a damp and musty smell we could not get rid of; (2) I had 3 (!) spa services, and all of them were somewhat unprofessional -- they forgot I was waiting, or the facial giver seemed in a huge rush, or what have you. Otherwise a very pleasant place to stay, and comparatively reasonably priced for a 4S.

Room Tip: Make sure it's DRY and not MUSTY

Great kid friendly vacation spot. Right on the beach with a nice heated pool and hot tub too. Usual Four Season focus on the customer with a particular focus on kids needs. Only downside was very slow lunch service at the pool - staff seemed swamped. Gym , spa and tennis on site. Expensive but worth it

Let me start with I have always loved this hotel...but...there have been changes that are really cheap. Let's start with the bathrooms. What used to be very luxurious double sink with generous marble surrounds are now single chintzy sinks set in only something you would find at Motel 6, paying much less. There are no under cabinets only exposed pipes wrapped in...ready for this?...plastic!! Yikes! At these prices!! The food has deteriorated into ordinary and mundane with menus that are striking only for their lack of variety and being ordinary. Things that used to be free are now carrying a hefty charge, i.e. cabanas for a $150 daily rental. Come on guys! The prices are high and getting higher and I am not sure there is value there for these prices. Will I go back? Maybe but not if the prices keep needlessly escalating.
