The food here is quite good and if you're perennially in search of another great Italian place, I don't think you'll be sorry you came. We were here on a slow Wednesday night right after a little rain.
We wanted to sit outside, as a prior reviewer suggested, but after sitting down, my wife found that while I love her, the mosquitoes REALLY loved her. Not rampant, but not clear enough to eat in comfort. The indoor area, while elegant, had an old feel to it. Not musty, still clean, but old. It almost felt like it could have been your grandma's special dining area. It had a small and homey feel to it. Combine this with the fact that the restaurant is located in a little alley-like shopping walk and the ambiance is best case....eh....and worst case underwhelming.
Waiter was great. He had that sixth sense, that many great waiters do, when you need something. It's almost like you just need to look up and he'll be there.
We would eat here again, but I would be shocked if this is the culinary highlight of your 7 day trip to PB.
