Newly remodeled beachy furniture. GORGEOUS. Whole place completely updated! Patio has 4 chairs, 2 chaise lounges, 3 tables, it's 5 feet from the water. Had our coffee there every morning. Pool towels, beach chairs, umbrellas provided. Monday morning free breakfast at the pool, no sales pitch. Coffe pot, coffee, tea bags, filters, sugar & creamers, free DVD movies provided. Very clean. Pump soap at bathrom sink & in shower-you don't even have to pack your own soap! Laundry soap provided-New HE washers/dryers. Beach within walking distance. Nightlight/Flashlight provided. Area restaurants superb!! Girls in the office will give you directions. So romantic & relaxing. Enough towels to last the week, but you get new ones every Wed. Shower-tub combo. Parking right outside your door. Starbucks not far. No hair dryer.

Room was nice, clean, and equipped. Wireless Internet for $15/wk. Pool was a pleasure. Saw manatee from balcony as well as school of fish jumping. Not a resort in the traditional sense of many outdoor amenities. No grounds to speak of except pool area which had plenty of seating and 2 BBQ grills along with a small fishing dock. Surrounded by water with ocean beach within walking distance across the street. Free laundry room services, bikes, and beach chairs. Overall a good experience.

This is an RCI Exchange. Some good news and some so-so news. The good news is as a previous writer states, the location is really great. There are some upscale condos across the street on Ocean Blvd.that don't have the view. Sitting on a small strip of land, you have a great view of the bay. Both the "master" bedroom-located on the south-side and the "Guest bedroom" --which is located on the north side have great views with balconies, and both are spacious. They have 2 flat screen TV's--one in the living area--very nice; and one in the Master BR. The guest BR has an older TV. Many RCI exchanges will not have a TV in the guest BR. We were in one of 5 townhouses--which are pretty neat, with the BR upstairs and the Living area--of course--down stairs.. The furniture throughout is a bamboo motif.. The only facility on this little strip of land is this CONDO. Very quiet--and great views-
The not so good is the facility is 45 years old, and though some areas have been "updated" to a degree, it is STILL 45 years old. But there are bikes to rent--free--; central laundry area that is free; and a pool.l

This property is in a beautiful location. It's built on a little strip of land which juts out into the inter-coastal waterway at Lake Worth.

We had a 2 bed 2 & 1/2 bath townhouse. The downstairs of the property was in quite good condition, with a reasonable kitchen and a large flat screen TV. However was not so good - both the bedroom blinds didn't close properly, one of the bedroom balcony doors was unusable and the showers weren't powerful. Also the beds in the 2nd bedroom squeaked, it just looked in general need of some TLC.

The pool area was attractive, with a dock to fish from and BBQs for guest use, pool itself is small but it's still a great area. There is also a laundry room for guest use 5 days a week, and wi-fi for $15 per week. The public beach is only 5 mins walk away, or you can drive and pay for parking.

One problem is that you can't check-in until 4pm Saturday, and then about 60-90 mins after that the staff shut up and leave until Monday. Therefore if you do have any problems there isn't anyone to assist. We met two different employees, one was great, and the other quite unfriendly.

Overall these appartments have a fantastic position, they just need a bit of updating and they could be amazing.
