We spent 2 nights at this hotel while going to the Ocala National Park. It is a new hotel and very clean. It was much cheaper than Silver Springs. They have a very good free breakfast with waffles, sausage gravy and biscuits, bacon, sausage, fruits, yogurts, cereals, etc. The walls are extremely thin though. We got a call at 9:30 to turn our TV down. We were watching Cesar Millan The Dog Whisperer...how loud can that be? But you can hear everything in the next room and the guy next door snored like a champ! We booked a king suite with full bath and they didn't have that room when we arrived. We ended up with a king suite with just a shower. The hotel is located near restaurants, movie theater, mall all within walking distance.

I have been travelling to Palatka for years on business, and had very mixed results with the other hotels in the market. This property just opened a few months ago and is in a very good location at the corner of Highway 19 & 100 just in front of Lowe's and across from several chain restaurants. Much, much nicer than any other hotel in Palatka, but really comparable price-wise. In short, a great value.

The rooms were well decorated and had some nice upgrades (good TVs, wall-mounted thermostats, etc), and each time I have stayed there my room has been immaculate. The staff seems very nice, and they have a really nice breakfast area with a big screen TV and a good selection (they had hot items like eggs and sausage on my last trip).

They also have really comfortable beds with a bunch of pillows of various sizes. Try this place out, you won't be sorry!

My friends and I just loved the Sleep Inn in Palatka. The people who work there are very friendly and bent over backwards to make us feel at home. The rooms were very clean and we thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast that was provided. Who could complain, when the price of your room incudes, eggs plus biscuits and gravy. Did I mention that they provide coffee 24/7 and cookies and milk in the evening. We plan on staying there again!

Our credit union recently held a CEO Farewell Dinner in the Meeting/Banquet room at Sleep Inn & Suites in Palatka, Florida. We were amazed at the service, friendliness, and professionalism we experienced during the event. Manager Corrine McPherson's expertise in event staging and planning along with her extremely efficent and competent staff resulted a flawless evening for our CEO, Board of Directors, staff and guests. SI&S does not prepare meals, & we opted to have ours catered in (another plus!). Corrine, Phyllis, Angela & staff went over-the-top as they transformed the room into an atmosphere comparable to upscale dining. The best part - they took care of everything! We will definitely book meetings, planning sessions, parties and dinners in the future!
As a Marketer, I am usually the one at our events that is making sure everything is perfect and working the event instead of enjoying the event. Corrine and crew wouldn't let me - they did the work, I enjoyed the event.....outstanding!
