“This place probably shined during the 1960s and 1970s...”

... in the 2010s, not so much.

VERY old property that badly needs renovating. Even the door handles are rusted from the sea salt. The carpets are not very nice and I am sure the bathrooms are considered very small.

The property probably doesn't have to renovate as they have a ready made audience with summer vacation goers and the biker crowd.

The positive of this location is the service. The lady behind the counter is a gem and really is helpful with dining suggestions, events, attractions and more.

Otherwise, you have been warned!
