Great value, great location, ocean front for under 80 a night and the weather was great i would recomand it to anyone looking for a familly vacation. This is my 4th time here love it and will be back soon

Stayed during the New Years weekend 2013. Had a view of the ocean from our room, which was quite nice. The building is a bit old, but that's okay. The weather was too cold to try the pool- outdoor pool. Only real problem was that the sliding glass door to the balcony was difficult to open and close. The staff was friendly and the general appearance of the hotel was fine. We would stay here again.

Firstly, false advertisement on the website on the hotel rating. This hotel was rated 3 stars and didnt deserve one star more like motel for $30.00 a night. Front desk personnel looked disheveled and the overall look upon entering the lobby was dirty and un-kept.

Secondly, when booking an "ocean view" room you'd expect to see the ocean from the balcony or window. This room however offered none of these options. The only view i had was if the door entering our room was open. Even if it was open, it was mostly obstructed by a wall.

Upon entering the room, it smelled of mildew and extremely stuffy. The towels were far from being white and seemed as if they weren't washed in a while. The worst of all was waking up and finding bugs everywhere! When discovering our room was littered with tiny bugs we could not check out any sooner.

During checkout, i mentioned our bug issue politely to the front desk personnel and asked to speak to the manager, to which they responded that they were indeed the manager which later proved to be a lie. This person re-assured me that we would not be charged for the room and apologized for the inconvenience. I was told to call the website that i did my booking in order to get my refund and was presented with an invoice that stated no charge for the room.

After calling the website I heard numerous stories and more excuses from the hotel management and website customer service I have not get my money back so far and was extremely unsatisfied by both. Not only my family spend a terrible night and comeback home
with who knows what we been really upset how we were treated by the website that we have used for a quiet some time.

I stayed in a king suite and was very surprised at the roominess in it. There were two balconies which was a nice feature! The hotel was in a great location and I would definitely stay there again if I was in the area.
