“Hollywood Studios.....loved it!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 29, 2012

I can't say that I liked it more than Walt Disney World but it was a great day. We had no difficulty finding it and we do get lost easily lol. We started out at the Indiana jones adventure show. It was an amazing and very funny show. Lots of thrills. We went to Ride the movies next ......very enjoyable and had lunch at the nostalgic Sci-fi Diner. TheTower of Terror was super thrilling and I lived to tell my tale. Just the sight of it gives me chills. And the Little Mermaid show was really sweet.....fast pass that one and get a Fast pass as soon as you arrive for Toy story.....we were too late for that one :( Get yourself a mickey premium ice cream treat from a vendor.....made my day complete! Do not pass up the chance to see Walt Disney's story. It really is heartwarming to know that if you dream big or small your dreams can come true. All walt wanted was a place to take his 2 young daughters on a Saturday! And look what the result was!

Our favourite of all time Star Tours is located in Hollywood Studios. Love that ride! We are Star Wars fans and werent disappointed with the few variations that we got to experience. Wish we could have seen more than 3 in our 7 trips into the ride but we still loved every minute of it.
We liked the idea of The Great Movie Ride but found the female "actor" posing as a gangster ruined it. It didnt make sense and seemed dumb and cheesy, sorry.
Good pretzels and frozen lemonade to be found too.

“Such a disappointment and so disorganised!!! Too expensive for what you really get.”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed December 28, 2012

We really wanted to go to Magic Kingdom but already at 10am the park was completely full, so while we were queuing in the traffic we decided to go to the Disney Hollywood Studios...what a nightmare!! The park is horribly sign posted and you really don't know what route to take to get there. We got lost a few times and got stuck in the traffic even more. We finally got in. To go on any of the attractions you had to wait at least 2 hours, so we took advantage of the 'clever' Fast Pass system... What a disaster. Apparently you're allowed to get only a Fast Pass ticket for an attraction only which you can only use after 4 hours. What to do in the meantime? We decided to queue for the Aerosmith roller coaster... the sign said we had to queue for 2 hours but we queued for 3 hours!!! Can you imaging queuing for three solid hours for just 30 seconds roller coaster?! What a waist of time and money!! The daily ticket is $89 (plus tax) to get into a park where you cannot do anything and the attractions are not that great - I've seen much better attractions in Europe - what a rip off!! Don't go to Disney Hollywood Studios if you want to ruin a very expensive day!!

“Let the Magic begin!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 27, 2012

Since this was our first time spending Christmas away from family,we decided to distract ourselves with some fun.
We made reservations at Pop Century value resorts. This is where the magic began.
We left St. Petersburg about 6 AM expecting heavy traffic and long lines at the check-in counter.
The traffic was very light. We were at Pop Century by 7. The check-in area was empty of people.
We expected to be notified by phone message when our room was ready. The magic began at this point. The room was ready. We dropped off our bags and headed for an overpriced breakfast at the food court. No magic there except for light foot traffic. We ate and headed for the bus to take us to Epcot. Two minutes later the bus arrived and we were off.
We wanted to see the Candlelight Procession at 5 PM. To do so required eating at one of the listed restaurants. Reservation for this are usually filled up months in advance. We were able to get them at Nine Dragons. Magic! The food was excellent. We were first in line for the Candlelight Procession. Great seats, front and center. The show was wonderful. Gary Sinise narrated the Christmas story. He was great. The entire day was a joy. We did and saw everything we wanted with Zero hassle. This all took place on Christmas Eve day. Magical. We returned to the bus pick-up area to find a bus waiting for us. Magic.
Christmas day at Disney Hollywood Studios. We waited about 5 minutes for the bus. Upon arrive we were through the line into the park within 5 minutes. Magic.
We never waited in line for any show. We did the Star Wars ride, saw Indiana Jones show which was awesome, the Comedy Warehouse show and few others without ever standing in a line on Christmas Day. On Christmas Day! We ended our two day stay at Disney by taking in the Osbourne Family Lights Spectacular on the Streets of America. Stunningly beautiful.
It was a magical two days.

“Unbelievably Fantastical.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 27, 2012

Myself and my Fiancee love this park.

Spent 14 hours in it on two seperate occasion. That sounds a little excessive but you'll understand when you go.

Rides were out of this world, food was really well prices, and is summer the evening show is great.

Go, you wont regret it.
