I stayed here in May of 2003, and hated it! It was by far the dirtyest hotel I have ever stepped foot in. Actually, we didn't even stay, we checked in, looked around and decided that it wasn't a place for us!
This is an extended stay "hotel" what it reminded me of was something for the show "Cops." Our would-be neighbors looked VERY suspious!

It is nothing like the pictures on the website! We were excited about staying here because of the "full kitchen" and that was probably the deciding factor when we chose this place. There were no dishes, forks etc. and the floor looked like someone had dropped thier morning breakfast on it and the cleaning staff just left it there for us.

There were burn holes in the furnature and the bedding, and were crayon markings all over the table.

There were hairs in the bathroom sink and all over the floor. The bed was VERY well used and the pullout couch in the living room was a joke!
it didn't even open properly AND there wasn't any blankets on it.

The a/c didn't work and the room smelt very badly. The blinds were broken and very dirty and the front door had a crack about an inch tall. There were millions of little lizzard things running around outside the door and I had images of one of them sitting on my face while I was sleeping.

But after we left this hotel we stayed in a very very nice hotel - the Hampton Inn Universal and I highly reccomend staying here, after "staying" at the HOJO this was like a little piece of paradise!

Premium Suites they say!!! This place is more like a 1 star facility, way over rated for the price. More like a $39.99 special if you ask me.
Looks good from the road, but don't go behind the scenes. Rooms are very run down, musty smelling, stained carpets and tile, holes in the walls, bent and dirty blinds that fall on the floor when you try to close them. You are charged an extra $2.95/day for unlimited local phone calls, phones don't work, neither do the data ports, needless to say. This is a real party place for young people. If you like to stay up all night long listening to head banger music and drunk teenagers outside your room yelling and hollering, then this is the place for for. definitely not for families. States that the room capacity is 4 guests per room, however while we were there they must have raised the limit to 15 per room. Management doesn't care because if you complain they only move you to another room next to another party. We couldn't leave because we would have lost all our money, have to pay up front for this one and now I can see why. They advertise alot but give very little and the management is not cooperative one bit!!! Will NEVER go back or recommend this one to anyone. There are way too many hotels in the Orlando area to settle for this one. Stay away..............
