the food is very nice. you only get a comp. breakfast but its lovley. there is cereal, toast, crumpets, waffles, cakes etc

POOL- 8/10

the pool was very nice. it was cold but nice! It opend at 9;00am. But we never knew so we just went in. it was full of leaves because it had not been cleaned!

ROOMS- 7/10

the rooms are good! they have a t.v, a safe and a bathroom with a shower and a cabinet

THIS IS A GREAT HOTEL. I RECOMEND IT A LOT!!!!!!

I decided on this hotel based on the positive reviews I read on Trip advisor. My mistake, don't make it yours. The lobby looks nice, the rooms seemed ok nothing great, but its a budget hotel. The bathroom grout looks dirty. We paid $98.00 per nite for 2 nites, AAA rate. On the last morning of our stay my husband pushed off the blanket and quilt on his side of the bed and to our horror an old dirty band aid was on the sheets near the foot of the bed. Neither of us used any band aids during our stay which means that we slept on old sheets from the previous guests for 2 nites! I called the front desk to report this, but no one seemed to care at all. Didn't seem to want to even hear about it. I left my name and phone number and I even left the band aid (wrapped in tissue) and asked for a supervisor to contact me, but so far no call and every time I call to speak with a supervisor I am told that he left for the day. I have heard of others who have stayed at hotels and have found used socks in a bed or strange things under a bed, but this has never happened to me before. It almost makes you never want to travel again.

We needed a place to spend the night within reasonable driving distance of Epcot. We reserved 3 rooms through a booking service. Upon arrival they could not find our reservation but after a long, long, wait, secured our rooms at the same rate as the service.

The bathrooms are the low point here. Both had black mold. The sink faucet in one room (400) ran, not dripped or leaked, but ran constantly. If you shut the bathroom door and slept with a pillow over your ear it was tolerable. The other bathroom (403) had a similar problem but the tub faucet ran constantly. This in a state where water is in constant shortage.

Of the two elevators one was operable but in use by the cleaning staff, chock full of carts.

One room overlooked an overflowing dumpster, the other the parking lot.

On the upside the beds were comfortable and the sheets clean, the comforters appeared to be unwashed

It seems to me there has got to be a better place to stay in Orlando even for just $118.

Had a brilliant 2 week stay here staff very helpful on site guest laundry excellent breakfast sufficient all in all a great value hotel in the best position possible .I recomend Golden Coral for breakfast/lunch and TGI's for dinner and drinks afterwards.Looked after very well and place very clean .Lastly don't do the usual British thing and leave the maid a tip when you leave a small tip $2/3 each day works wonders.
