“Clean, tidy hotel, good for kids”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 15, 2013

stayed here 15th-25th January.
Great to see playarea and 2 swimming pools, good shop and restaurant, although i think breakfast could be a little cheaper, there are cheaper places on international drive.
Our 2 rooms were cleaned everyday, and its great there is a microwave and fridge in every room.
We always had hot water, and plenty of parking spaces.
Would recommend this hotel, its so easy to get to, and great for families with children.

The hotel was absolutely perfect. If you're coming to Orlando to explore theme parks, water parks, Sea World, and so on, this is the place for you. The price is fantastic, the location is brilliant - it's located on International Drive (less than 10 mins to Universal/Sea World, 20 mins to Disney), which has a very wide range of restaurants, shops, and some attractions, lots of which are also open 24 hours. If you're not driving, there is an I-Trolley bus service that will take you to Universal & Sea World, and shuttles to Disney, which the hotel can arrange for you. The room was clean, had a decent TV with plenty of channels, the beds were comfortable, the housekeeping was excellent daily, perfect to come back to after spending a day at the theme parks. If you can hear the fountain, it switches off at 11pm and back on again at 7am, enough to let you sleep. The facilities, including the hotel bar, were also excellent. We'll be back again!

Hotel is fantastic. Everything you could need or want is in and around this hotel. Would definately stay here again and for the price you just cant say no. Anyone who moans and groans about this place must really have not enjoyed their holiday as you're really only gonna be sleeping in the place and not spending all day there. Get out there and have the holiday of a lifetime

Room Tip: Room that i was in was the block to the right handside near to the entrance of the hotel.. It was re...

We travelled with 'semple travel ' from glasgow to orlando with BA , we obtained the park tickets from them as well, good advice from them and very helpful.
Stayed at the Quality inn for 10 days in room 1408, clean large room which has a small room adjoined with a sink, fridge & coffee maker, the bathroom had a bath with shower over and a wc.all big enough for your needs. The main room also has an iron and iron/board.
Hired a taxi from airport to the hotel (easy to find taxi) at a cost of $50 incl. gratuity
Hotel has taxi for return trip at $18 per person
The hotel has a separate Travel desk for all your needs including Free return shuttle to the parks.
No plates or cutlery are supplied in room so, take some plastic 'cheapo' stuff with you and dump it when finished with.
Phone cards are available in hotel if you wish to call home, and internet is also there, Free check-in/boarding cards on computer,(nice touch) with all airlines.
We found it was cheaper to eat breakfast and dinner at hotel with a good selection I may add than going outside, the small shop also in hotel can provide 'bits& pieces'
if you don't want the full buffet monty.
Pack toothpaste, after shave, perfume, shaving foam, shampoo etc.it's expensive there in shops which have a marked-up price for tourists---YOU., the locals tell me they can't afford to shop at international drive !!
Eating & drinking at the parks is expensive, carry some water with you or pay $3 per bottle there.
Making a direct comparison with the UK prices I'd say it is double at International drive for food and drink ----the parks is X3
'Wholefoods' a Shopping Moll on Sandlake road , walking distance from hotel sells french bread, sandwich spreads, cheap wine etc is worth a visit, with loads of organic foods --if thats you're thing!! ask at travel desk for directions , Caroline is the lady to ask there and will be there each morning,, she knows her local stuff !!
We went on late jan and the parks we not too busy I don't fancy it on June to sept with the parks getting 50 million visitors per year-- Yikes !!
Allways check your receipt if it includes gratuity if you're dining out and, remember the price you see in shops does NOT include TAX----- at about 15% ( i think ) which is added to your bill.
Another option for Fair priced goods is to go to 'Wallmarts' a large shopping moll about 20 mins away by taxi and $10 each way--ask at hotel or ask taxi drivers who are outside hotel, that way you can stock-up for a week and save, especially if you have a couple of kids or more.
Anyways, at all costs enjoy it and-------------- I'm sure you will

S K

Room Tip: Ask for a room on second floor, away from cars and parking -----Rooms 1402 to 1416 all good
