“Total Relaxation, Quite, Close to everything”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 17, 2012

We stayed in the complete unit, was larger than our condo and offered laundry unit in the unit itself. We found it close enough to walk to Downtown Disney and very close to all parks in the area. The pool was heated and maintained, the outside whirlpool was perfect, and we also had two jetted tubs in the unit. What a great experience, Recently had many renovations completed and the property is one of the best around. Staff is very helpful. Everything you need in a restful vacation.

Stayed here because hotel that was hosting my conference was filled for the first half. So based on the reviews that the hotel received we made our reservations. IT WAS WELL WORTH IT!!! Room was available when I arrived there. Staff polite and helpful. Free Wi-fi and computer area for printing. Free local and Toll Free calls - such a plus since I am an international traveler. Parking free and directly in front of room. Car rental in hotel next door (and the pick you up). Space huge. Bathroom and kitchen spotless. Had to buy few kitchen items such as foil for baking and cutting knife but all other basics included in the room. I was disappointed that I did not stay there the entire time as Buena Vista Palace was not very good. Will always stay here when I go to Orlando.

We stayed in the summer of 2011. Front desk was very helpful & friendly but it did take a while to check in. We also purchased tickets to DW & Epcot from them.

We stayed in their 2 bedroom. Full Kitchen, living room, Dining room and our room had a jetted tub. They really need to purchase new mattresses for their beds. They were like sleeping on cardboard boxes. I have a bad back and I wasn't a happy camper. The walls are very thin. Not good if you have noisy neighbors & can hear the planes going over. Pools are very nice.

The resort is in a good location. We ate dinner @ Red Lobster & Planet Hollywood at Downtown Disney.

Beautiful resort not too far away from Disney & Universal ( 15 min drive), neat & clean rooms with fully eqipped kitchen, large refrigerator, washing machine, microwave.. didn't I say home away from home.. even had menus of nearby restaurants to order.Very well maintained waterbodies , pools & gym. Best thing was the staff... always there to help you with a smile. Stayed there for 1 full week loved the place. Walmart is about a mile away.. we stacked up food & drinks & had a great time.

Room Tip: overlooking the waterbodies, we stayed one floor up, probably ground level looked better

We rented the 3 bedroom. I really considered it a two bedroom because the 3rd bedroom was a pull out couch, with a tv, mini fridge, sink and microwave. It had a closing door. This so called third bedroom was small and I wouldn't want to sleep in there but it would be just fine for kids or teens. We had 2 bathrooms and we really liked the master bathroom. It had a large tub with no shower curtain and you had to stepped up into the tub but we had no trouble getting in or out. It was also easy to bath our toddler in with one of us in the tub with him. The adjustable shower head in the master bath was really nasty with mold or mildrew on it. I lucky had clorox wipes with me that I cleaned the shower head with. The other bathroom shower was horrbile to try to get in and out of. It had doors on it but was very deep and hard to get in and out of. We only used that shower once.

The unit had a lot of space, with a good size kitchen. It also had a washer/dryer which we loved having. The unit was pretty clean overall except for the shower head and the floors looked clean when we checked in but after only a few minutes of my son running around bare foot on the tile floor in the kitchen and living room area his feet were very dirty on the bottom.

The pool area is small but we only used it once and it was just fine. They charge a resort fee that is a little less than $4.00 a day for parking but it includes supplies for the room like dish soap, detergent, paper towels, trash bags, coffee etc. We just had to go to the front office or call and they would bring them to the room. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and we would stay here again.

Room Tip: Our unit was one of those that can they rent as 2 seperate units. I would not recommend renting jus...

We stayed in a 2 bedroom and it was very nice since we were travelling with a 3 yr old. There are several pools around the complex and it was nice to go to the one near our room because it was less busy. My daughter loved the little splash pad. The front desk helped us get a rental car and the shuttle driver was very accomodating. The room was very clean. I wish they would have come and in and cleaned at least once while we stayed there. I don't understand why they don't clean the rooms at all throughout the stay. There is a lot to do on the property if you get tierd of the parks. Lots of restaurants are really close. I highly recommend getting a rental car when staying here. cabs add up.

We stayed at the Legacy May 3 to May 7th. We had a one bedroom suite with a pull out bed. The whirlpool bath was nice. We loved the full kitchen. There was two TV's one in the bedroom and one in the living room, this made our daughter happy, because she could watch what she wanted most of the time. Everything was nice and we will go back, but will ask for a downstairs room the next time.

Room Tip: The stairs to the top floor are not many but with people who have arthritis or leg problems it would...
