This hotel was wonderful. It is a BW so that is why I did not give it 5 stars. Everything is included at this hotel for a low price.
*Shuttle to and from Universal and Disney free
*Free buffet breakfast
*Cookies, tea, coffee etc each morning and afternoon
*Free parking
Great, friendly service. Lovely spacious clean rooms. Only downfall is the pool is not heated and very cold. AMAZING location. Near all of restaurants on International ave and the shuttle only took a few minutes even though it stopped at a few hotels. This is a wonderful hotel and I will stay here again.

This hotel is very close to Universal Studios. They include breakfast which has a lot of selections. The staff was always replenishing any items as they ran out. The room was very clean and the check in process was fast and efficient. They also had free internet which was nice to have. The staff was very helpful, always making sure the guests were taken care of.

We stayed here for 5 nights and the Nickolodeon hotel for 2 nights but wished we had stayed at the Hampton Inn the entire time. We choose this hotel based on the ratings and good price and were not disappointed. The pool is small and does not appear to be heated, but we were out most of the time so this didn't bother us.

We had a pleasant stay at the Hampton Inn South of Univ. Studios. Immediately upon entering, the staff was helpful and friendly. There was what looked to be new modern furniture in the lobby, with workers finishing up final touches of paint in a back pool area pathway. Overall a good stay, used the shuttle services, came when they were supposed to and the early time allowed us to transfer to different parks. One day the shuttle was unable to come, but alternative transportation was provided. The only negative would be that two nights one of our cellphones did not charge in the outlet when the lights were off. Other than that a great stay, good free breakfast, small quaint Hampton Inn for park-goers and sightseers. Would stay again.

Room Tip: Face the pool if possible

We are glad to see you had a great stay! We are always doing projects to our hotel to keep it fresh and appealing to our guests! We did just finish our Lobby renovation so everything is new just as you stated. I am sorry to hear about the phone not charging. if you could let me know your room number, I would like to send our Engineer to go check out the outlet so this doesn't happen to anyone else. My husband choose this hotel because of the advertised shuttle service. However, it was a bad decision because the shuttle visited many hotels and took almost 1 hour to Epcot, you have take another disney shuttle to other Disney Theme parks such Magic Kingdom. In addition, the schedule was very inconvenient, only has 3 runs in the morning and evening. So make sure the schedule works fine to your family before you book this hotel. The shuttle was 25 mins late on our first night from Epcot back to hotel. It was cold night and we were watching other hotel shuttle passing by. So we bought Lynx bus pass the second day, take no. 8 to seaworld and transfer to no 50 to Disney ticketing and transportation centre where you can get on the disney ferry, metro rail, bus quick and easy. Most importantly, you are not limited by the hotel shuttle schedule.

Nevertheless, this hotel is determined to serve you well with high standard. The breakfast is fresh and rich in choice. You don't have to worry if you coming late. The staff paid good attention on the supply. Housekeeping was good. We love the little towel dog sitting on our bed!

Front desk is helpful. We asked to change our because of the road noise and problem in the bathroom. They acted quick and made sure everything was okay afterwards. In the room you will have a letter from management team saying they are determined to serve you in excellence- after stayed here for 11 nights, we believed that statement. So do let them know if anything could make you more comfortable on spot.

Finally, special thanks to few outstanding staff who really made our stay wonderful. Al and Analyn at front desk. Kaire our lovely housekeeper and Christian who always make sure everyone with good breakfast. You are the angels!

Room Tip: Do let them know your preference when book this hotel. They will try best to accommodate you well.

This hotel needs some work. The lobby area and hallways have been refurbished but the guest rooms haven't and need to be updated. In our room, there was no working exhaust vent in the bathroom, the microwave didn't work, the lamp plugs didn't work and one of the wall outlets malfunctioned. The carpeting looked tattered and the room just looked weathered. That said, the hotel staff are fantastic and very accommodating. They were so apologetic about our experience that I feel almost guilty writing this review. I would rate the hotel below your average Hampton (but not poor). The location is great as others have said and the hotel is clean --so no issue there.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review about your recent stay with us at our hotel. We really appreciate your feedback and are very sorry for the condition of our property. We will take your comments under consideration as we work to improve our guest experience. In the meantime, I wanted to respond to some of your comments.
We recently completed our first floor renovation and expanded our breakfast room, all corridors have new carpet and wallpaper on each floor. We completely redid our fitness room with all new Pre-Cor Equipment. Our next project will be our guest rooms. We just replaced the “soft” furniture in the guest rooms such as the chairs and sofas a few months ago. New carpet in all of our guest rooms is currently in process which will have a nice refreshed appearance. We just finalized our new pattern so just waiting on fabrication! New pool furniture just arrived last week and looks great with our new pool side cabanas.

In regards to the microwave, lamp plugs and wall outlet- this doesn’t happen often- mostly caused from wrong voltage being plugged in, but from what I understand of the situation, it was a simple fuse and taken care of right away.

I can assure you we are working hard to complete updates to all areas of the hotel. Again, we apologize for the inconveniences and we hope you will come visit us in the future.

Good location, central of International Dr and near most of all Orlando atractions. Excelent beds. Very clean. Staff friendly , polite and multilanguage, for Brazilian most part of them speak portuguese and spanish. Could have a better water pressure at 8th floor. Good breakfast. Free wifi.

Room Tip: I think water pressure could be better at lower floors
