this is a lovely hotel,very clean,excellent customer service,spacious rooms well decorated not ott,bellhops and resterant staff extremely helpful and friendly.
anyone who moans about this place must be a thoughly misereable person and you cant help but be impressed with the place

The Four Points Sheraton is conveniently located on International Drive for all the attractions we visited; easy to find (can see its circular shape from the highway,) and its service is the best by far. The manager in charged was friendly and entertaining. All staff conducted themselves professionally and curtiously. Rooms were spacious and clean. With exception of breakfast, I would give this hotel a 5 star. Response time for our needs was exceptional. We accidentally locked ourselves out of the room and security came immediately to open the door for us. The hairdryer outet was not working and housekeeping came within 5 minutes.

We have just returned from 3 weeks at the Sheraton.
When we arrived we were greeted professionally and politely, and all of our requests were met.
Pros of this great hotel. We didnt have a car!
15 mins walk to Universal.
Walgreens 2 mins. 7 11 opposite. I trolley buses stop right outside, and so do Lynx. Free shuttle service to Disney and Universal. Comfy beds, big TV's. Power showers.
They also have a wonderful toiletry range.... Smell and feel expensive....The whole hotel is clean. Prices for the internet 20c a min. Didnt eat at Starlight but wanted to...Smelt lovely.
The pool is lovely and there are towels downstairs to use, but I get burnt easily so left that to boyfriend...
Shopping easily accessable.
When we go to florida we will be staying in this hotel again due to location, and the friendly treatment.
Cons- I wanted to live out there!!!!

The room was much better than I had expected for the economical price. It was very clean, quiet and nicely decorated. We arrived late and I had called in advance to make sure we had a crib in our room since it was way past our baby's bed time. I was delighted to see that it was taken care of when we arrived. The staff was very nice and diligent. I only had a few problems with our stay. The first was the room service. It was delivered within a half hour as promised, but the food was cold and the pancakes were hard and rubbery and the coffee was not very hot. Also, my sister who lived in Orlando told me that there has been a lot of recent crimes on International Drive. We stopped at the 7-11 across the street and there were definitely some questionable, gang-types hanging out in the parking lot. However, the hotel did have a key card system for the elevator that prevented anyone from going upstairs and they also had a security guard so I did feel safe in the hotel. All of the attractions were easily accessed from the hotel.
