My wife and I just spent 3 days at this facility celebrating our 35th wedding anniversary. From the moment we pulled up, every staff member was efficient, very courtious and unquestionably enhanced the stay. Special kudos to:
Merisa at the front desk--was amazing and started the trip off perfectly.
Jamie, restaurant hostess--she was incredibly pleasant, efficient and helpful. Greatly enhanced our dining experience.
Carlos, our breakfast waiter--again, pleasant, efficient and very helpful.

Also, the hotel itself was beautiful. The facilities we used were excellent and the grounds were beautiful, as was the pool area.

Rated a 4-star hotel, I booked my family for a 2 night weekend with a good deal I got from a travel web site. I am glad because I wouldn't pay any more than what I did for our stay. The hotel lobby was indeed a 4-star even with some of reviews here not too amused with the fake aquariums surrounding the restaurant. It was nice to look at - 100 yards away and not any closer. Our good size room had a partial view of the pool and SeaWorld on the 7th floor. We have stayed in bigger and more updated rooms for a lesser price. The GOOD: Check-in/out was a breeze, Clean room and lobby, big double-sink bathroom, location is convenient to SeaWorld, I4, and International Dr. The BAD (Inconvenience): Wi-Fi is extra $$, Parking is extra $$, NO FREE breakfast, Shower head is very low (I'm only 5'10"), poor sound barriers from rooms next door. The UGLY: The bath tub drains very slow with water still standing in tub after full-drain, out-dated colors in room and bathroom. OVERALL: my wife and I would rate it Good, a little above Average - only TripAdvisor does not have that rating. We did not get to use the pool area which seems to look nice from above.

I've stayed at a lot of hotels in Orlando but this is my absolute favorite! We're talking Disney Deluxe resort quality at less than 1/3 of what they charge. The beds were so comfortable, plus they brought us a rollaway immediately at no charge. The towels are probably the softest hotel towels I've ever had and the rooms are large with a little balcony overlooking the lobby. Excellent customer service, a Starbucks and ice cream shop in the lobby. They have a great pool with 2 jacuzzis and even wheelchair lifts in the pool and jacuzzi, a kids splash area with a double slide and even covered seating. We sat by the outdoor fire in the evening which was very cozy and great for people watching or hanging out with friends. With our sea world annual passes we got free Quick Que passes which is great if your taking turns riding when you have small kids, and being so close to the park meant we could go back to the room for a break.

Our stay happened to be an unplanned quick get a way that my husband suggested on Christmas Eve of all days since we don't celebrate the major holidays, but decided to enjoy our days off with our son in Disney. For being such short notice, the hotel was easy to book, the staff was very self sacrificing, and extremely accommodating. The room was absolutely fantastic! I really want to give credit to the great management staff. One in particular stood out. Upon check in the evening of Christmas eve, AND at check out the very next day on Christmas day was Rafael Lebron. He remained cheerful, professional, and efficient while we observed him juggling multiple tasks during such a busy season. Great job Rafael! Because of you, we will definitely return back! And my son told me to tell you "Thank you," for the lollipop! =)
