This was a very bad experience for us. We chose this hotel because it was a partner hotel of Sea World and we were visiting Sea World, Aquatica and Discovery Cove on our trip so we wanted to be close to all the parks and enjoy the perks the hotel offered. The first issue was that the room was like the size of a closet, it was tiny and there was no balcony. The mini fridge stunk so bad I would not even put sealed drinks inside of it. The toilet had issues, it took forever for anything to drain out of it. The bath tub had stains on the bottom. I had to call housekeeping every single day for extra towels because they only left 2 towels. I requested a wake up call the day we were heading to Sea World for 8 am...I never received the call and did not wake up until 9:15. I received a call from security at 12:32am one night asking that I lower the volume on my tv...the volume was on level 13...it goes to level 44...trust me it was not that loud. There are a number of other issues I had, too many to name. I would not reccomend this hotel to my worst enemy.

Room Tip: In my opinion there is no good room. The rooms are not updated and a lot of them have no balcony. Th...

I stayed here with my senior mother for mothers day girls trip ....staff was attentive, rooms were clean the location worked for us. This is an older hotel ...rooms were larger than standard not luxurious but more than adequate - as expected for this star level. It is a b it of a walk to the self park--Huge building so you might want want to ask for a closer room assignment. We asked for and received a lobby balcony. Pool area is gorgeous with a very nice kid friendly separate area. If you plan on visiting Disney ..you will need a car - about 15 to 20 minute drive but location is easy access to everything. Booked through priceline - so expect you can score about 40%to 50% off retail .....very good value would stay again.

Room Tip: Balcony lower floor catches free atrium wi-fi

This was my husband's and I second trip to SeaWorld. We were a little concern because the Renaissance Resort also accommodates conventions. When we arrived there was a convention taking place. However it in no way impeded with our vacation. Our room was spacious and had a clear view of SeaWorld. We arrived on the last night of SeaWorld's fireworks and were able to see them clearly from our balcony. It was like having front row seats. The employees at the Renaissance Resort were extremely helpful. The hotel itself had great facilities and the rooms were very clean. I would recommend the Renaissance Resort to any one who is doing the SeaWorld circuit.

My family just returned from a great 5 night stay at the Renaissance Orlando Resort at Sea World.

We had a large room with 2 queen size beds. The room had very comfortable beds with high quality linens and a very nice bathroom. The room also had a small balcony that looked over the interior Atrium, where my wife and I sat to have coffee in the morning while the kids slept. The only down side was the room was a bit dark due to it facing the interior atrium. I would request a room facing outside the next time I stay at the hotel.

Our favorite part of the hotel was the pool areas. Our 6 year old loved the water park area. They had 2 good water slides, and we spent quite a bit ot time there. They also had another water park area for the smaller kids.

The larger pool was also very nice, and was never crowded. There were plenty of places to sit, and it was just a very relaxing environment. We really enjoyed hanging out by the pool.

There is a pool side grill that had decent food and drinks. The food was good and was reasonably priced. The frozen drinks were also good, and not bad for $8.

The hotel is right across the street from Sea World, and we enjoyed the fireworks most nights from the front of hotel.

They also had movie night when we were there, and set up an move screen behind the pool area on a large synthetic lawn area. Our 6 year old enjoyed laying on his beach town watching Cars.

All in all we had a great time at the hotel, and look forward to staying there again.

Room Tip: The rooms facing the interior atrium are a bit dark and I would recommend an exterior facing room if...

After fleeing the Nickolodeon Hotel hours after checking in, we found a great rate on the Junior corner suite and gave it a try. Wow were we pleased! The hotel itself is beautiful, and the glass of champagne at check in was a plus! The room was huge, clean and comfortable. The pool areas were impeccable -clean and super comfy pool chairs. Love the water park area separate from the pool. Movie night on the lawn, and FREE cookie decorating/smores kept our kids happy as well. Can mostly see fireworks from Seaworld at night from pool areas. We were pleasantly surprised at how nice everything was. Food was good as well with reasonably priced kids' menus ($5-7) even poolside.

Free shuttle takes you to Seaworld, and on the trip back we walked and it wasn't too far (across parking lot and one road).

Booked a return trip a few weeks later that was equally as good. Highly recommended.

Room Tip: The junior suite is HUGE and worth the extra $20-30 per night - nicest room I've ever stayed in!
