Had to be in Orlando for business last minute and could not find another hotel downtown. Stayed here at the Davis Park Motel and will never stay again. The room was very scary and did not sleep well at all. There was mold, the carpet had cigarette burns in it, the ceilings and walls were not painted well, etc. However, they did have wireless internet.

“very very bad motel”

ok where to start, the ceiling had mold growing on it,part of the shower wall was caved in. A large section of the motel was slated for demolition, we drove by a house that was burning down on the way there, the fire dept was over seeing the burn, we suspect they were getting rid of crack houses. Many properties had "demo" painted in big red letters just like the davis park motel. Needless to say we didn't stay there, canceled our room and went to laquinta 8 miles up the road. Much better hotel. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!!
