I stayed in this hotel for 1 night in 2008, and it was awful service and dirty everything. I remember the room smelling heavy of mold and making us sick so we left early the next day Also there was an unexplained wet spot on the carpet. Oh and at checkin the front desk girl got into a confrontation with the guest in front of us and then took some more of her aggression out on us by being short and curt.
Well, this month I needed to stay in the area again to visit my in laws and we decided to give this hotel another chance because it is the closes to our family. That was a huge mistake! The hotel was worse than I had remembered, There are stains on the carpet in the hallways, but that is nothing compared to the rooms! The smell of mold was heavy and as we stood in our room deciding what to do we both started feeling something biting us, and then swarming us and it was fleas! We couldn't get out of the room quick enough, my legs were covered in little red bumps! All of our stuff had fleas in it. We grabbed our stuff and make our way to the front desk and no one is there, we had to wait 15 minuets to get someone to check us out. That was 15 creepy crawly itch minuets of yelling Helllooo hellllo to nobody. Oh and the blank attitude of the big girl at the desk had me seething mad. She could of cared less. Please I have stayed all over the world from top notch to extended stay basic and This is the worst hotel ever, even worse than one I stayed in Texas that had reconstruction going on! There are so many hotel in the orlando area at great prices don't even bother with this one! Or you'll end up like us out on the road @ 1 am looking for somewhere to stay at any price with your credit card company wondering what the is going on.
