I am writing on our last evening of a 16 night stay at the Radisson.
We've had a family suite on the 8th floor overlooking the Crossroads leisure park.
The room is large with 2 double/queen size Sleep number beds and a separate bedroom with a King size sleep number bed. We've found the beds to be comfortable and wish we could get these in the UK.
Our room was kept spotlessly clean by the cheerful Elizabeth and we were greeted on a couple of occasions by some of her towel art, a pair of swans on the king bed and an elephant in the bathroom. Little touches that we appreciated.
A couple of mornings I was up early and went down to foyer area where there were containers of coffee, cereal bars and fresh fruit for us early risers.
We had one issue with a blocked toilet (which unbeknown to us, the housekeeper had identified but our teenage son told the maintenance guy there was no problem when he called). We reported this to reception and the maintenance guy was on his way to our room before we left the hotel! All fixed and no problems afterwards.
The hotel is kept incredibly clean (including the car park) and this is a credit to the housekeeping and maintenance team.
The management team should be very proud of the team they lead, nothing is ever too much and all of the staff are polite, welcoming, friendly and professional.
We would definitely stay here again.
Good facilities, good staff, good location with leisure park next door with lots of restaurants, crazy golf, Lynx bus stop just up the road.... I could go on and on!
