We were in Orlando for Disney. The room was perfect for sleep/shower and the occasional tv for cartoons. S. Orange Blossm Trail is a main road and you have easy acces to McDonald's, Arby's, Pondarosa, K-Mart, etc. The staff completely stayed out of our business which was great! I left a message one day if they could come by my room to clean up and when I returned the room was picked up, cleaned and no items were missing. It was raining that Valentine's weekend so we didn't use the pool, but I don't think we would of had enough energy;)

What a Dump!! We passed the hotel the first time while we were driving because the name had changed since we had made our reservations. When we did pull into the parking lot I wish would have not stopped. We got into our dirty room with a variety of things located under the bed (my 3 year old son was digging out everything including two roach motels).
The tub was dirty, the room had a disturbing aroma, and the clientele scared my wife. We only stayed one night and then moved on to another hotel. No one who has over $40 to his/her name should step foot into this place. In traveling all over the country, this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Please, stay anywhere in Orlando other than here and you will be glad you did.

We booked the BW Florida Mall through Airmiles and after reviewing our choices online we chose this hotel. When we arrived we were dissapointed! It was not clean, the floor was only vacuumed where you walked. There was old french fries and a new years hat under the bed from previous occupants. The daily room service was poor. Somedays we got towels other days we didn't, same with the coffee for the coffee maker. Twice we had to call down for more toilet paper. The courtyard and pool looked nice but the water was cold. The resturaunt was dark and dingy and the breakfast buffet was cold. It was also located close to the railway tracks and a firestation so you could here the train whistle at night and quite often firetruck sirens. It is a cheap hotel but not worth the savings.

The rooms had a musty smell and were not as clean as I expected. They also claim to have a heated outdoor pool. Not... When I Inquired about the pool I got the run around. I was told the heaters werent working, the heater wasnt turned on etc.. I live in a cold climate with small kids , so the heated pool was important for us. But if you dont need a heated pool , clean rooms the price was right at $29.00 a night. I would recommend somewhere else.
