Location is the biggest draw of these Starwood Hotels on Disney World property. Put your car keys away for the extent of your stay. Disney attractions, Boardwalk entertainment, and restaurants are all a short walk from your room. Add to that a pool complex that includes a large lagoon and two lap pools and your dream stay is complete. Disneys detail for cleanliness and top notch service is evident everywhere you go. River Taxi transportation to EPCOT and Hollywood Studios is an additional benefit and adds to the fun the parks provide.

Room Tip: Rooms with a Resort view are a little more, but well worth it. They also have rooms where you can vi...

Green Features: We chose to go Green Room during our stay. This means no bed change, and only towels you request. I recieved 500 Starwood Points for this service. I will use my points during a future stay at the Dolphin

I have stayed with the Swan and Dolphin Resort on two occasions and both were fantastic. One was for business and one was a family trip to Disney. Both times I have stayed on the Swan side of the resort. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. They have a wonderful pool and beach area if you can find the time to use them. We loved the boat taxis that took us to Epcot or other Disney properties and the bus to the Magic Kingdom was always on time. The food in the hotel is a little pricey but that is the only negative I can say. We will definitely continue to use the Swan and Dolphin Resort!

We had a tremendous experience at the Dolphin during our one week stay at Disney. I would highly recommend the resort! This was our first stay and we will be returning next week for 5 nights because of the great experience we had. In the past my family of three had always stayed at the Grand Floridian resort given how close it is to the parks and because it is such a beautiful resort. However, the cost of the Grand Floridian and the fact that it was going through major pool renovations pushed us to pick a new resort for our Disney trip. We are so glad we picked the Dolphin. The staff was always very nice and accommodating and you felt like you were at an island resort. After being at the parks all day, it is nice to come back to a resort that makes you feel like you are away on vacation and not sleeping in Disney World. We loved the Cabana restaurant down by the pool at the Dolphin. It has the best food and drinks out of all the places we have visited throughout Disney. Casual enough to eat with children or if you are looking for a romantic place at night to dine. Great menu and selection of local beers!! Also, the wait staff was always super friendly and welcoming every time we visited. The pools were very nice and the grounds are beautiful. The location close to Epcot is fantastic because you can walk to any of the area attractions or take a boat to Hollywood Studios. There is a lot to do in this area. The bus to Disney was always timely and convenient at the Dolphin. Some nights it did get crowded, but it drops you off right at the entrance to Disney and not the transportation center. This made a huge difference! We stayed at the Bonnet Creek Hilton during one other visit to Disney and while the resort is beautiful and we loved it, we found the bus service frustrating because it drops you off at the transportation center and then you have to walk up to the monorail to get to Disney. It was a long ride back to the hotel on the bus when you left Disney only to find out that it had to stop at Hollywood Studios, then Animal Kingdom, then back to your hotel. Not to mention, the bus was very scheduled. At the Bonnet Hilton I always felt like I was rushing to catch a bus coming or going. That never happened at the Dolphin. This is our new favorite resort when visiting Disney. The hotel is affordable, you have the convenience of a great location, beautiful property, great dining options and a welcoming staff.

Room Tip: Room with a balcony if possible.

We had a great experience staying at the Walt Disney Swan Hotel. Great staff, great services for the Disney property, a boat for transport is docked there, and only a less than 10 minute walk to Epcot. 5 minutes to the Disney Boardwalk. Clean, comfortable and great amenities. I will stay there again for sure.

i have stayed at the dolphin many times this is the first time at the swan in a few years. It is a great hotel very friendly staff but for a Weston it definitely needs to be upgraded, i don't think they have changed the furniture in about 10 years. Of course the beds are great and the room is nice very clean great shower but it is dated. i heard they will be renovating the rooms soon. we went to the garden grove restaurant for dinner the food was good but the server was fantastic, we were traveling with an 8 year old birthday boy and he really made it special for him, and of course you see the goofy and Pluto characters.

If you want a Disney vacation but can't stand one more "have a magical day" this is the place for you! A Sheraton property these two hotels offer all the amenities of a resort with easy access to Disney parks with regular Disney bus service and a reasonable walk to Epcot and Hollywood Studios. Pools are plentiful but the temperature could have been higher. Special events around holidays such as Easter are arranged for children. Choice of restaurants is first class but the good ones are pricey. Rooms are small but comfortable.

I had booked an executive suite with two bedrooms at the Swan. Upon my arrival, I was told there was a mix up on my reservation and they only had me reserved for a one bedroom king executive suite. Well, I had my paperwork showing otherwise. The clerk took my paperwork to the back room to speak to her manager. After around 10 minutes, the manager came out and said they were upgrading me to the presidential suite at The Dolphin as nothing was available at The Swan. I found that acceptable, as did my family. It was truly Awesome and a great ending to our vacation that had started 9 days earlier in Ocean City MD. Thank you!!
