The staff at Embassy Suites treats everyone like family. Will always recommend the EMBASSY. For vacation or just a weekend get-away, The embassy suites is worth every dime. Not likely to stay anywhere else when traveling.

Great hotel we are grandparents traveled with daughter, husband 4 grandchildren (13/12/9/1) this hotel meet all the requirements for a good base to visit all the Disney theme parks - then to travel to Port Canaveral where we meet our Disney Dream ship for a 3 night cruise. Accommodation was brill loads of room had two one bed suites, breakfast was fab, also the very welcome managers special of free drinks and snacks early evening. we eat a few nights at this hotel and all was again was great. Cleanliness all around the hotel and pool. Coach into the Disney parks was very good and we used frequently. We have traveled around Florida and we choose this hotel due to the exceptional value and we were delighted - not many British used the hotel - but they don't know what they are missing - if you need to chill out one day the pool area is empty. One downside is there is no easy access over the Interstate to the shopping mall which you can see over the road from the hotel, but only a 7 min trip in the car - well this is the US. Well done to all the staff.

Stayed for one night with my husband and two children. Liked having the living area separated from the bedroom. Also appreciated having a fridge. Room was clean including bathroom. No complaints with the room except it would be nice to have two queen beds instead of two doubles.

Managers' happy hour is a nice touch as long as you don't mind having your drinks served in tiny disposable cups. Cheap wine, but what I expected. Chips and salsa, Pretzels and popcorn.

Breakfast on Saturday morning was chaos. I waited in line for twenty minutes for an omelet. Not sure it was worth it. Agree with other posters that they need more clean up crew and better service during breakfast. Food was average. Would have been nice to have iced tea available also.

This is an older hotel and it shows. Also hated the fact that smokers were allowed to step two feet outside the front door and smoke. And were allowed to smoke in pool area where people were eating.

The only reason we spent one night here is that I am close to getting Diamond status and needed an extra 'stay'. For the second night of this weekend we are going just around the corner to the Hilton Garden Inn, which is newer, cleaner, and smaller with better service and a much better breakfast. HGI is our hotel of choice in this area and is cheaper. My breakfast is free there also becauae I am a gold member. The only reason I would return to this embassy suites is if I needed a two stay weekend for my hhonors status.

This is not the first time that this has happened to us at this hotel.when the receptionist had this look of the dear in the headlight, she stated i do not see your room as being available,my respounce was this room was reserved back in july, hers was sorry we have this room.now for this new assigned room had a water leak as well as a refrigerator that was more like a freezer then a refrigerator,it took out the fresh peaches. For the most part we like this hotel and staff with a special thanks to the cook, made our day,so over all its a nice place to lay back and take it easy.

Nice family orientated hotel with a very good breakfast. Close to everything Disney but out of the rush. Our first room had a water leak during a severe rain storm. Management moved us without a fuss. This is a family atmosphere so there were lots of kids. However, the rooms were very quiet. We would return.

I have been staying at this hotel on and off for the last 10 yrs. Let me say this, if you have kids, this is the place for you. The breakfast alone is worth it. Clean pool and pool area.
Here are my disappointments: too many dirty dishes at breakfast. Someone is not doing quality control. Yesterday, there was a pile of dirty bowls piled up near the cereal. For 3 days - 3 days, they continued to put out white moldy oranges. Again, no kitchen mgr. looking at this stuff? And why isn't there someone in charge walking around and checking on the spills near the coffee/juice station, or checking to make sure tables are cleared in a timely manner? The other issue: the beds. Too soft. I am no Princess and the Pea, but I heard others complain at breakfast of the same thing.
Look, you know you are only in any hotel room in Disney for sleep, and maybe you are so tired, you won't care. Just giving you the heads up.
The staff is lovely at check-in, as is all valet. The location is really good. Close enough to Disney and restaurants. There is a Winn-Dixie and Walgreens down the street. Walkable if necessary. Within driving distance, a Wal-Mart.

Room Tip: D not get a room facing I-4. You can hear it.

The lobby was beautifully kept which made it more disappointing when we saw our room which was OK for our 2 night stay. The grounds were clear of litter except for the dog feces we looked at each time we went to the car. The breakfast while good, was complete chaos. Lines everywhere with no clear and concise path. Empty tables were difficult to find, and frustration ensued as you went from area to area trying to find a seat. It is worth waking up early and getting to breakfast as soon as it opens. I went early to find a table, washed it off myself (another downside), and held it until my family arrived a few minutes later.
