Beautiful hotel with nice pool area. Staff is very friendly and service minded. Large rooms good design and very clean. They also have a spa that I can really recomend I had a truly reaxing and great experience. The location is good for parks, shopping and close to the airport.

My wife and I are really picky with hotels and we like the cool and modern look. I wanted to stay in the Lake Buena Vista area, and looked around for good hotel deals and happened to find this one. Never heard of this hotel before, but after checking the reviews on Tripadvisor I decided to give it a try.

Arrived at the hotel on a Friday around 3:30pm before Memorial weekend. Approached by courteous valet drivers, they asked me if I wanted to self park ($16) or valet ($21) I decided to self park because I would need access to my car all the time and did not want to be waiting for valet to get my car whenever I needed.
Walking inside the lobby area looked just like the pictures. Fresh and modern. Check in process was easy and attendant was very helpful and courteous. I made sure to ask for a room facing the opposite side of the highway because of the noise and she arranged right away.

Room was pretty clean and neat. Very modern and sleak. Beds were comfortable as well as pillows were just ok. There is a small fridge in the room, but for drinks only. No microwave, at least in my room. Bathroom has a good space, nice shower and Aveda products. However, as soon as I walked in I noticed the A/C was showing 74 and the room was pretty hot, even though the A/C was on full blast. (The vents are pretty loud on the A/C, but I did not mind.) I called the front desk and let them know about the A/C and they said they would call engineer. I took my 18 month old son for a tour of the hotel while my wife was unpacking and was very pleased that they have a play room for kids. The room was very clean and with a few game consoles, TVs, a foosball table and a couple of tables with chairs for kids to draw. They also have a few toys there, so I was able to kill some time with my son there. After about 1 hour I came back to the room and it was still as hot as before. I called front desk again. This time front desk attendant told me they had to shut it down due to a part replacement but A/C would be back to normal in a couple of hours. We left to go to Downtown Disney (short drive) and returned a few hours later and the A/C was working ok. Still pretty loud but working fine. During my 3 day stay, A/C was not very reliable, though.

Pool area was nice. Nothing too big but very good size. They had a live band playing and it was pretty fun. There are a few seating areas and a bar. I would enjoy the pool if did not have committed to 3 full days of parks.

There are 2 places to eat: The Pickup and AmericanQ. The first is like a Starbucks, with less options for drinks and food. We usually do not eat a lot in the morning, so that spot was good for us. A cappuccino, egg and cheese croissant (they heat it up in the microwave, but it was good), an yogurt with granola, small chocolate milk bottle and a small pack of cereal was about $15.

AmericanQ is good but a little more expensive. They have the option for buffet (about $18 per person) or a la carte. I happened to order a yogurt with granola there one day and it was really good. Did not try the buffet, though.

Elevators are good but I did have to wait a while for a free elevator during check out.

There is a Disney store by the front desk with a lot of merch. Good spot to buy gifts if you want to avoid the busyness of the merch stores at the parks.

Self parking is available for $16 a day on both sides of the hotel. Had no problems finding spots, even when I returned late to the hotel.

WiFi is free and reliable (well, I should say included in the $20 daily resort fee)

Location of the hotel is great. Basically 10 min drive to most Disney parks.

Overall it was a pleasant experience and I would return to this hotel.

Had a weekend wedding in Orlando and stayed at the B resort. It was a total pleasure. The room was clean and comfortable, the pool was great with live music adding to the atmosphere and our overall stay was great. Highly recommend B resort for any Orlando travelers.

Stayed here for 15 nights with hubby and 12 year old daughter.

Gorgeous entrance. Decor was fab throughout. An amazing fresh smell all the time. Loved the different flavoured water in the lobby every morning.

Room : stayed in 1015. Great view of fireworks at night. No noise early or late despite being close to the service elevators. Comfy beds. Huge shower. Lovely Aveda products. Always lots of fresh towels every day and very clean.

Restaurant : only had breakfast in it. Not cheap at $17 but good choice of fresh fruit , pastries , granola, yogurt , bacon , sausage , mickey waffles ! Potatoes and an omelette station where the chef would make your eggs any way you liked :)
Also serves free tea and coffee every morning to take out. Well used but never had to queue.

Bar : hubby only ever had a couple of beers. Average prices at $6 per pint.
Happy to uncork a bottle of wine we picked up at supermarket :)

Pool area : didn't use the pool but nicely laid out. Good poolside bar. Made up mocktail for my daughter :)

Reception : really quick and straightforward check in and check out and very helpful.

Transport : half hourly buses to all the Disney parks. Downtown Disney only a short ten min walk away so saved taking the car out at night.

Nearby : ate breakfast at IHOP. Crazy portions ! Orlando ale house def recommend this for casual evening meal. Sports bar with tv's galore ! Great service. Great choice of beer / cocktails at great prices $4 for each and they do happy hours :)
Supermarket 10 walk in opposite direction at crossroads for any essentials.

We didn't use all the facilities on offer in the hotel as spent most of our time out and about but would definitely recommend this as a base for Disney / Universal.

This was our second stay and it was 10 times better than our first one. Jose Martinez was wonderful on our check in experience. We arrived a bit early than expected and he went above and beyond and found us an available room, so my 3 years old daughter can get some rest. The room was clean and spacious. Love the bathroom and the view was just great. The restaurant was amazing. Sorry I could not remember the name of the server. Once again best breakfast in town. Be back soon!!!

Spent six nights here in May, excellent location and great transportation to Disney parks. Very clean and smart hotel.

The deli was very good for a quick snack or drink.
Pleasant staff particularly the cleaners and the valets. We had a good stay but would probably not stay again due to -

Beds on the soft side (to be fair we like a very firm bed), showers tepid. A bit to minimal, no draws in the rooms.

We purchased our 1 night stay from Groupon, and the value was good for a Disney Resort. The hotel and rooms are clean and decorated very modern and trendy. The on-site restaurant was delicious; a little pricey, but on par with other resort restaurants. We didn't really get to enjoy the amenities during our short stay, but from what we saw of the pool, kids rec room, bar & courtyard they were very nice.
