“Pirates... So so”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed July 3, 2013

If we would not have bought a Groupon prior to traveling here we would not have gone to this show. Their customer service reps via phone are very rude. The food was ok. Alcohol way too expensive - 2 beers and a tequila sunrise was $27.00. At the end of the food service the waiter brings a little tray with a recommended tip of $5.00 per adult and $3.00 for kids... What about what the consumer wants to give and not to mention the waiters count the money as they pick the tray up. Not worth paying full price for.

“Great adventure”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 2, 2013

This was my first taking my family here. I really enjoyed the show. WE enjoyed the entire show and the meal. However, I wish there were more than two meals available with the purchase of an admission.

“What a load of crap!!!,!,!”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed June 30, 2013

Don't bother. The most expensive chicken nuggets ever, even with a side of wilted salad. The show was poor and the staff were rude and unhelpful unless they had their hands in your pocket which was pretty much from the word go as when you arrive after spending in our case 300 dollars you are asked for 5 dollar to park the car,!!!!!!. I can't even be bothered to continue with this review as I am still in shock and have wasted enough of my precious holiday time on the subject.

“Awful. Don't bother wasting your money.”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed June 30, 2013

Let me start by saying that we went to see this show back in the 90's and it was awesome, which is why we thought we would visit again during our current trip.
First off, the exterior of the place looks shabby. It desperately needs a make over. The sign out the front is so faded you can barely see it, and the building itself needs some serious looking at.
On arrival they couldn't find our booking. When we finally got inside we managed to side step the mandatory photo with pirate hats. Like someone else has said, the place smells baaad. If you want a drink before the show starts, it's $10.95 per drink. Non alcoholic drinks are $5.95 which is an absolute rip off. The appetisiers were fruit salad, chicken salad, pork gyros or raw carrots and broccoli.
We had a pretty decent seat I suppose. We were near the front, but still couldn't see because of a boom in the way.
The show was pretty boring. They have 6 pirates, each with a section of their own. Two of the sections were half empty. They bought the food out while the pirates were doing some jumping and singing around, but it was dark and you couldn't see your food. They had a few songs, then some competitions which I'm sure are fixed.
The food is absolutely atrocious. You get a salad for starters, then either beef or chicken for your main. You aren't asked how you would like your beef cooked. Mine was over done, the veggies were under done, and my mom had chicken which was dry as a bone. The desert I think was an apple pie and ice cream but again, was pretty crap.
They have an acrobat who is like the main performer, and it got pretty boring watching her up ropes, hanging around.
The show also ended kind of abruptly. One second they are shooting at each other, then all of a sudden, they've got a load of the kids from the audience up on stage dressed up as old army folk, and thats it.
We were really disappointed in the show. It was very boring, very quick, and very tired looking. It needs a revamp big time.
If you NEED to go and see this, then do not pay full price. We didn't and I'm so glad we didn't. I would have been asking for a refund if we had. It's about $80 each, and it's just not worth it.

“Food not bad, but the show was poor”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed June 28, 2013

The food was OK, the service was OK, but the show was quite disappointing. The first half of the show they spent more time getting the audience involved than doing anything interesting. It improved a little toward the end. If you have little kids, they might enjoy it. We, and our 18 year-old, were pretty disappointed in the show.
