We only stayed here because it was the only hotel available when we arrived back in the I Drive area at 9.30pm one night. Due to a conference at the Convention Centre all the other hotels we tried were full, and believe me I must have tried 12 or more. This hotel had 10 rooms available which says it all, and had the Cheek to charge $99 per room as they knew if you were desperate for a room you would pay it. We checked in for 1 night which was 1 night too long, in need of a complete overhaul, everything is worn and unclean, avoid at all costs. Try the Courtyard by Marriot at Austrian Court, lovely and clean with polite staff. Failing that, treat yourself to the Crowne Plaza at the Southern end of I. Drive, this cost us about the same and is in a competely different class.

This motel was above average for a Quality Inn. I was not sure what to expect. From the outside it looks like an older motel, but once you get inside you can see that they have made upgrades. The reception area was nice, check in was quick and painless. Once I got inside the room I was again pleasantly surprised. The room had new carpet, tile in the bathroom/vanity area, new beds furnishings - even the sink, tube and toilet looked new. As previously mentioned, the room also had a small fridge and microwave.

This is still a Quality Inn, but one of the nicest ones that I have seen. If you are looking for a decent place to stay overnight, this will definitely do.

Check in was quick. The room was clean and attractive. Beakfast was ok. Landscaping surrounding pool area is beautiful. Our room had a refrigerator and microwave. The refrigerator was very noisey but worked well. The biggest drawback is the hotel is on a busy road and near train tracks and therefore noisey. The walls are also thin, so you can hear noise from the other rooms.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights, and would not ever return.
The suite was not clean, there were cigarette holes in the bedspread, the box springs were badly stained, and the whole experience was gross. The pool was heated and there is a hot tub that was lukewarm. The breakfast was so/so, and the dining room also was dirty. I asked to use a computer to print airline boarding passes, and offered to pay for this, and was told I'd have to go across the street. I went to Fairfield Suites and the person at the desk was very helpful and did print them for me.
He could not have been nicer. I should have taken the advice of the reviews I read prior to making the arrangements!!!!!!!!!! We won't be going back there, but would gladly return to Hawthorn Suites or Fairfield Suites accross the road.
