We were a party of 8 that made reservations at Nine Dragons MONTHS in advance. We get there and are shown to our table(s) in a timely fashion, problem is they tried to sit a party of 8 at two separate tables of 4. We said this was unaccapable and were told that we would have to wait longer for a larger table. So we make the reservations and then are made to feel like an inconvenience to them? We were brought back out to the lobby and waited for about another 15 minutes before they finally sat us at a table for 8. I am in the restaurant and service industry and it is common knowledge you NEVER split up a reservation. We saw them try pull this move on two other larger parties while we were there. Thats a restaurant service 101 no-no.
I thought the food was good but my son had the kids orange chicken meal and was up all night vomiting.
We visit WDW/Epcot three to four times a year and I finally convinced my family to try the chinese restaurant because it is my favorite cuisine but unfortunately I am willing to bet we will not be back to this restaurant.
