I have somewhat enjoyed this restaurant for a number of years and have ordered many different entrees. My favorite dish is the Nabeyaki Udon soup. My last visit I ordered the soup and was served a carrot and cabbage soup with tempura vegetables and shrimp presented on the side.
I asked the lady manager why the change in the normal recipe and she became very agitated and told me emphatically that she was Japanese and this was the correct recipe for nabeyaki udon and all others were wrong. Without catching a breath, she began an aggressive class in Japanese soups and all I could do was smile and think that this lady is a bit edgy. Well.......bottom line, there are too many very good Japanese restaurants in this area where employees do not resort to shouting.
I THINK THEY WILL GET MY BUSINESS FROM NOW ON!
