My hubby and I went just for a one day shopping, rest & relaxtion time and we were wonderfully surprised! The room was clean, comfortable and looked almost new. All the rooms have screened balconies - however, make sure to ask for a view of the lake, otherwise you may end up with a view of the parking lot next door like we did.
We lounged by the big pool for a few hours and ordered margaritas and appetizers, then went down to the smaller pool (closer to our room), there is a small bar there and and pizza hut express, very convenient. We then went to our room and ordered room service, it was actually reasonably priced and very good.
Will go back many times!

We just returned from a one week stay at the Hilton Grand Vacation Club on International Drive and this place was by far the nicest, cleanest and friendliest hotels we've ever visited.

Unlike some of the other hotels we've stayed at, there was never a problem finding a parking spot. Our room was a two bedroom suite that included a two baths, washer/dryer, giant jacuzzi tub in master bedroom, lots of closet space, granite counter tops throughout, stainless steel appliances, three large TVS with DVD players, high speed wireless internet (yay!), two enclosed decks with ceiling fans and so on and so forth. It was absolutely beautiful and hard to leave.

The staff was top notch and were always eager to help. The outlet mall (which is extremely popular in the area) is across the street/parking lot , the Hilton has a private gate for their guests which we used and had a great time (got some great deals too).

The hotel's main pool is phenomenal. They had wine sampling for the adults and tons of fun activities for the kids. They did everything from tie dyed tshirts, ice cream sundaes to creating colorful sand bottles.

We are very picky about where we take our family, this resort was amazing!! Even our four kids didn't want to leave - now what does that tell you??

I stayed here with my wife and and 2 kids (3 & 5) for a week in August and it was great! It was away from Disneyworld but still on the popular International drive so it was close to everything. The grounds were perfectly manicured and beautiful right on a lake. The staff was great and not very pushy about sales since it is timeshare resort and I did exchange to here through my RCI. After check-in they only tried to make an appointment for a breakfast tour but I said I would consult with my wife after we knew our schedule and I never heard from them again.
The units, or I should say apartments are great. We were in a one bedroom and it had a roomy living room and dining room, full marble kitchen, huge bathroom with shower, jacuzzi tub and double sinks, and a king size bed in our bedroom. The units all have screened in porchs and washer/dryers which were great because we could pack less and come home with clean cloths. The unit comes with 1 mid-week cleaning or you can request, and pay for more often cleaning.
The resort also offers a full daily activity calender for kids and adults that include arts and crafts, pool games, and excursions to Sea World and other attractions. And of course the two pools they have are great, along with a covered playgorund. They also have a grocery store across the street for easy shopping.
Overall this place was great; I travel a lot for work and have stayed in very nice places and this definitly ranks up there with some of the best. The next time I come to Orlando I would return to this Hilton.

I just returned from a 10 day stay at this resort (July 22-31). The grounds, staff, pool etc were unbelievable. This place was spotless. The pool bar was out of the this world..the portions were more than generous, I ordered the nacho's...and it was easily enough for four people. The salads come in these great bowls and you can't finish it all....the french fries and turkey clubs sandi's...awesome!!! The suite we stayed in (1307) was incredible. The kitchen was amazing! State of the art everything! The fixtures were immaculate. The stove, dishwasher, you name it was brand new. We utilized the washer and dryer just about every day to freshen our clothes and towels. The Publix supermarket is right across the street. It's a good walk if you are in the mood but it's literally a 2 min drive across the street. The Premium Outlets, the theme parks, Universal, Disney...everything is literally 5 - 15 min away. It rained 7 out of the 9 full days we were there..but it rained the same time every day and the storms passed and the sun returned an hour or so later and all was well again. There was nothing they didn't think of when they designed this resort. We are owners at another RCI resort and decided to stay here instead of staying at our home resort..and we are happy to have had the experience at this Hilton! Inside the lobby bathroom there are real cotton washcloths for your use folded in a basket on the sink!! Ok, seriously I was blown away. I am a traveler who usually stays at the Ritz Carlton's and the like..and this resort was up there with the best of them. The cleanliness is something to talk about. Considering the volume and amount of small children that are on site with their families there was not a speck of dirt anywhere! The activity schedule for the children and activities, the ice cream sundaes at the pool, the furnishings at the pool and bar were top notch! I can go on and on, I cannot see anyone giving this property anything less than a 5 star rating. What else could you ask for? We were not badgered about listening to any timesharing pitches. We were contacted and asked to attend a presentation and we kindly declined and were not bothered again. I mean, I am not going to rant about being contacted, these folk have a job to do and they took "no" for an answer very well and left us alone thereafter. I would definitely visit this resort again if and when my family returns to Florida. The management is doing a fantastic job, and they are front and center making sure that this establishment remains top notch. HGVC you get five stars all the way from me and my family.
