“Good Italian food right in the middle of the Magic of it all!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 13, 2014

We stopped here for a nice Italian lunch, and we were not disappointed. We had made reservations earlier and were seated at a table in the enclosed porch section. There is a cute statue of Lady and the Tramp in the restaurant, and we had a good view of the Christmas tree(across from the train station). We ordered the spaghetti & meatball, and it was very good. The food and service was also good when we stopped here during our last visit .

“Disappointing”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed January 12, 2014

We've eaten at Tony's before, and it was okay. This time, however, it was not good. The service was just okay ... attentive but not personable at all. My husband and I both ordered Chicken Parmesan, and neither of us were pleased. The food tasted like it had been precooked and heated up in a microwave. Very disappointing. We will not be back.

“sophisticated restaurant needed in the Magic please!”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed January 12, 2014

I find the restaurants in the Magic Kingdom not as well thought out as the other Parks. An adult older teen/young adult hangout would be much appreciated!!
Due to the obvious volumes of families with strollers that populate this Park versus the other Parks it is designed as such.
,...And believe me!!! I used to be in the stroller brigade so I know the routine. Hit it quick and move on especially the dinner hour as along day in the park gets to little ones and adults alike.
But..with older travelers now, would like to find a more sophisticated restaurant in the Magic please! Perhaps with the addition of the Beast Castle locale..Be our Guest..may address this bu,t doubtful as it is located in the hugest little ones section, Fantasyland.
Without having to go off site monorail wise to the Park resorts such as Contemporary or the Grand Floridian, would be nice to hit something in the Park and stay for the evening entertainment/parades. Of course the no alcohol issue in this Park. would have to be addressed..
Tony's tries for this but falls short. The wait on tables was so - so even with reservation. Table service was short, little attention form our waitress. Ordered appetizers and the arrive 1 min b/f entrees so a slow, leisurely sit down even with a late nite dinner time, couldn't happen. The only moment we could slow the dinner down was to order dessert and sit a tad as the sections began to empty out the waitress slowed down the push you out mode..did enjoy the vantage point of the porch for the Electric Parade that went right by us..thus the planned time for our late dinner..

“Food so good & excellent service”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 9, 2014

During our family vacation to WDW in June 2012 we had to visit Tony's Restaurant at Magic Kingdom. We did a special breakfast with the characters a few years ago and sad to have find out from the dinning plan they no continued it. The good thing though is that the restaurant was still there and through our dinning plan we reserved dinner for our family of 13.

Although we had reseravations, the wait was about 15 minutes and no one complained becuase while the adults were waiting the kdis were browsing the store adjacent to the restaurant, watched a movie and colored in the lobby area.

The food as always is spectaular at Tony's. With the dnning plan we had even more food and our family members were able to taste many different dishes. The servie was top notch even though it was so busy and crowded. While waiting for dessert, the kids went to the balcony to people watch and we truly enjoyed this restaurant.

When visiting Magic Kingdom in Orlando, you must try this restaurant. Adults and kids alike will truly love it! Everyone left happy, full and satisfied. This was our 2nd trip to Tonys and we will go again when we come back to the Mouse's House!
