“Another great visit”

We eat at Tony's everytime we visit the Magic Kingdom. The service is always good and you get plenty to eat. It is not overly crowded or loud. We usually go at lunch time.

“This place use to be top knotch”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed January 29, 2013

As with all Disney sit down location if you do not reserve way in advance dont plan on eating there. Our reservation was made months in advance for 7PM so we cwould finish in time to see the electric light parade. At 7:55 they called our name. We sat at a table inthe middle of the restaurant and I had to leave my jacket on since it was in the 50's outside and mid 60's inside. When I asked about a little heat I was told that they have no control on the AC. Others around also complained including one gentlemen who said he just saw a Zambonie drive through redoing the ice. Dinner showed up at around 8:50, needless to say my kids didnt barely eat and went outside to watch the parade. The food was edible but a far cry from where it should have been. In addition it was luke warm at best.

I talked with the manager at the end and told him my issues. He gave us two family fastpasses and the kids ice cream to go. Hopefully next time will be much better.

I love Disney and we are vacation club members, but I noticed throughout our stay we were just a number. Disney needs to figure out how to feed the masses as well as they market their products in every gift store.

“Good option at Disney, but overall average Italian food”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed January 29, 2013

This was a welcome meal after eating so many burgers & pizza. The staff was nice, though it did take awhile to get our food. The food was okay italian. Nothing special, but again a welcomed option after eating so much fast food in the parks.

“Quality of food unexpected”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 29, 2013 via mobile

I had the mushroom ravioli which was delicate and freshly made. Atmosphere was a lovely conservatory looking onto town square. Plan well ahead and get a reservation. We made that mistake and had a two hour wait....our fault not there's.

“Great food!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 28, 2013

Ate here in January and the food was great! We had a new server and he needed some more polishing, but the food and the value were great!
