I am not sure if this is the restaurant we went to. We went to the new Mitsukoshi restaurant in the Japanese section of Epcot. It is really two restaurants. One side is called Tappan Edo and appears very popular. There are a number of rooms each containing 4 or more large communal tables with the chefs cooking your meal on the grill in front of you. The other side is called Tokyo Dining and has traditional Japanese cuisine in a modern setting. It serves seafood, chicken and sushi. The restaurant had been open only two weeks when we ate there in mid-October but seemed to be running very smoothly. As the hostess escorts you into the dining room, all servers stop to greet you. Two servers are assigned to your table. They were not very proficient in English (that will change soon, I'm sure), but they were very eager to please. We had a lovely time and would recommend this restaurant. Prices are moderate for an Epcot restaurant. Since the restaurant is new, we were able to get at table at dinner with no waiting
